I had a business account which I needed to close/transfer and contacted SS for advice. I didn't hear back so thought instead I'd just quietly put up my loans for sale and buy them back with my personal account. Hence why I didn't give you lot any tip offs
So last evening when I thought you'd all gone to bed I put over £10,000 in several pieces on the market and went straight in to purchase them back - I got £275

madpierre: I was wondering who was selling so much. I did get a few but far from £10,000. So there must be many more.

madpierre, did you use 2 laptops, and if you used two tabs on the same laptop did it give you any problems?

I have tried two tabs before when joining in a 'fast finger frenzy' but only succeeded in getting myself confused and messing it up

As ilmoro said there was about 45k (for one second!) but it went up and down (mostly) like lightning! My few quid would hardly have dented your 10 grand anyway! I guess, like me, a lot of scrummagers were working on the idea that a likely time to find a bit off-loaded is midnight to 1am once the previous day's interest was in the bag. I doubt there is a 'safe' time given the current supply/demand situation.

I've managed to do this successfully in the past, but only using 2 laptops and selling and then rebuying parts one at a time (within about 3 or 4 seconds).
