See the 'insider dealing' poll from disgruntled investor over in t'other place. An interesting comment, with a defence by FC's favourite poster boy. Of course FC is a first come, first served, market but it is unfortunate they they are are so out of touch with their savers, unlike many of the businesses here which listen and respond to constructive feedback. Next week my eyes will be diverted to the Saga float and FC may well be supplying some of the funds - Looks like the whole loans are really starving the listings market.

I was looking at the loan book for any whole loans today, and there were none drawn down. Perhaps there are loads in process but my guess is not. And only two property loans so far. Why put an exceptional cashback offer on such a scare commodity? A growing lack of confidence perhaps.

You will not be able to see any whole loans yet (if indeed any have completed) as the loan book download has not been updated since the end of April. The last completed loan showing is 5974.

Thank you wysiati. I just checked for those where the three rates had one figure, not mbr, and did not look at the loan numbers because the loan book is updated daily, as it says on the statistics page below the download. C*ck-*p or conspiracy - to stop us seeing the whole loans agreed? I think we know the answer to that. FC are probably unaware that the loan book has not been updated for some time. Or are they?

Thanks for pointing that out. Spent a while the other evening trying to work out what had gone wrong with my code that reads through it to check for any changes in loans I had or sold - it said there were no changes despite knowing quite a few new loans had gone out. To save me asking a third query of FC in a week, has anyone else queried this with them yet?

The problem is related to the server upgrades and should have been rectified by the start of this week. To find 'whole loans' as/if they appear it might be easier to look in the data download for loans where the # of loan parts is '1'.

Had not noticed colum Q (compressed title on my view) and you just need to order it numerically. Just out of interest, how do you know the information? - FC must have known of this last week and they have not shared the information with those who use the loanbook. Pesumably nothing in the loanbook has been updated since 29th April (ten days), and perhaps that applies to other statistics on the site? PS on the stats page it says there are 51 live auctions, while we see 46. Does that mean five whole loan auctions, or just another FC counting problem? PPS It now says 49 versus 44, so the five seems to mean something.

24th April Blog in announcing whole loans, FC's DavidD: 'Initially, this will be a closed trial and last for one month beginning 1st May. During the trial whole loans will not be visible on the marketplace; however we will continue to publish details of every loan in our loan book and clearly indicate whether a loan is a whole loan or a partial loan.' 30th April : daily updates to the loanbook stop. FC silent despite not doing as was said. 9th May: we find out about it But I think we should assume that the number of live whole loan auctions at any time is the number on the statistics page minus the number on the loan requests page, currently five. Wonder what will happen next?

What 'server upgrade' I can detect some sort of change recently, but not in that direction...

And now the loan boook is magically up to date and we can see that one whole loan has been drawn down - with perhaps others accepted and processing. Live loans on the stats page now 58 with 50 loan requests. So in a late burst three new whole loans are up for auction. We can now see what we should be able to.
