I currently have profiles that will bid on Estonian A100 at 17% and higher. No bids made since the new system started. My unlent money is now about 10% of my current lent balance, about twice what it was at the start of this month. Another 5% in loans at rates of 15% and below that I am trying to sell in resale. Resale so far this month was about 8%. Lots of low rate loans to get the higher rate ones towards the end of the low bid wins system!

I happened to be looking at the invest page yesterday when several Bondora+ loans appeared, so I put small amounts into them to use up some repayments. That seems to be the only way to use money now other than at unacceptably low rates, but would be very time consuming and also an unknown level of risk.

My profile picked up two Estonian A1000's today (20 & 26%), first since the changes.

Not a sausage on the loan front today and repayments meant my account balance breached 1000 EUR.

I made a profile for Est A700 and picked one up straight away. I also had an A1000 at 26% for the first time this afternoon.
I also did manual bids in very small amounts on about 12 Bondora+ loans which appeared today also. Most of these were Spanish.

Been very quiet (zero loans) for me since the changes - but I finally picked up one B1000 (Estonia - 29%) and one A1000 (Spain - 22%) today, having unpaused my Spain profile a couple of days ago because it was just soooo quiet. Will give it some more time, but I'm not so happy at the moment.

I think this sub board is the only one on the forum where I haven't got the slightest clue what the posters are talking about. A100s, A1000s, A700s, profiles set for or not, B1000s.
This Bondora stuff feels like an entire parallel universe sitting on the outside. Maybe its just me: but I clearly don't speak Bondora (though I suspect I might have more chance than I would have had talking IsePankur).

Yeah, THAT certainly reveals you as not to be one of those in the know

A, B and C are measures of free income after accounting for loan repayments. A most free, C least. 600 to 1000 are credit history measures, 600 with relatively recent payment problems, 1000 with no recent ones reported to the credit reference agency, though late payments on loans via Bondora seem to be completely ignored. C600 would be a person with relatively low free cashflow and very recent payment problems. A1000 would have relatively good free cashflow and no reported default history. Profiles are the automated investment settings, a bit like Zopa's old credit groups but more flexible within each, though limited to no more than ten total, which turns out to be very restrictive sometimes.

But to us Bondora users, it all makes sense. So, how do we take this forward? Is this sub-forum for: - Bondora users? or - Outsiders who want to know more about Bongora?

Bondora+ is an extension of the normal market and consists of loans where the level of credit checking is more limited and thus the risks are higher but so are the interest rates. Bondora+ loans are also excluded from profile bidding and you are required to confirm you are an experienced investor before you can bid on them. So far today my profiles have not picked up a single loan again, but I have manged to put a few manual bids in on some Spanish A1000 Bondora+ loans.

Although this particular topic will mainly make sense to those who have practical experience with the change of the bidding system back to something similar to what was used last summer from one where low bid won.

One of my profiles made the second bid under the new system on a loan within the same (!) queue (EE A1000 26% loans). Therefore I am estimating the length of this particular (!) queue, that is the queue for EE A1000 26% loans to have been as following a) 2 days in between the bids b) approx. mataching 13 loans in between c) those were for approx. 40,000-50,000 Euro volume

I had my second one today too, rather strange that it took 10 days for the first one then two for the next. P*******1 seems to be only having priority for small amounts today, so probably has used up surplus cash and is reinvesting repayments as they come in. I noticed several other 500€ bids today so wonder if people are bidding larger amounts to make up for the low lending speed of the profiles for the popular loans.

I'm not certain if the explanation given in todays newsletter makes things clearer ......
'strangely' my profile picked up another Estonian A1000 26% loan today.
