Were they Estonia? By coincidence I increased the amount for an Est A1000 profile today also, but it has not bid since 28th May. The number of those loans has been very low, only 6 26% ones in the last week.

One EST and two SVK. I have also noticed that today appears a slow day on Bondora+ and yesterday appeared to have very few ESP loans and a larger proportion of FIN loans.
Edit: having said it was a slow day, a batch of ESP and EST A1000 loans have just been listed on Bondora+

Thankyou for your very interesting report. I have been choosing to try 10€ bids in selected Bondora+ loans and await the default level for these with interest. So far I have 23 which have reached their first repayment date and 11 of those are overdue which doesn't look good but may not be typical. Another month should make the situation clearer but I think I will pause my investments in those for now.
I see you have rather a large cash balance which presumably reflects the difficulty of investing by using the profiles now. I was adding funds weekly but have not done so since the beginning of June and my balance is increasing.

Yes thank you very much for the interesting report.
I've dipped my toes into the Bondora+ market, tried a few 'flippers' and have also bought some loans with the intention of testing the payment record for myself. I'm limiting exposure per loan to 5 or in certain circumstances 10 Euros. What I have no clear idea about yet (and don't expect anybody else to either) is if the 'telephone' verification loan is a worse payer than a 'document' loan so I have taken a mixture of these and logged this on my spreadsheets.

" is if the 'telephone' verification loan is a worse payer than a 'document' loan" - I expect so and have avoided them. For the 'document' loans I have quite a few but it is really to early to say. I am quite worried about the ES ones.

They can't be much worse than the batch of regular Bondora loans that I picked up with profiles just before the new bidding system all A1000 loans 70% of them missed the first payment. Flipping wise statistically I seem to be getting better at judging what will sell the upside of which being my proportion of Bondora+ holdings is still relatively low, the downside of it is that my cash holding is not much smaller than it was when the new bidding system came in.

Something seems to have changed somewhere as my profiles have picked up a dozen loans in the last 10 days, which is starting to approach pre-18th May levels.

I agree, my profiles have started to pick up loans but only in the 'new' markets. For me Estonia A1000 shows a last bid on 11/07 Estonia A900 shows a last bid on 04/07
As for the reason for the change - well I can understand the increase in the new markets, but if you are showing an increase in Estonia .....

My guess is that there are many others like me who were sending regular deposits to Bondora until the beginning of last month but have stopped since then. Maybe the demand for loans is slowly getting closer to the cash available from profile bidders. I think most people are wary of the risk of investing in B+ loans until the default level becomes clearer and the supply of bank statement checked loan applications has dropped a lot since they were introduced.

There are other chances too. Some lenders seem to leave. I was able to buy lots of older fully verified EE A1000 loans Friday for a total amount of 2,100 Euro at 0% premium. Those loans were not overdue and had interest rates betweeen 18 and 28%. All from two sellers. Lucky find.
