Not many high rated loans appeared so far and I missed out on them, except for the odd manual bid when the profiles didn't seem to run.
First impression is that the institutional lender is first into everything good with 500€ or 20% of the total, if that is below 2500€. Another 4 of those and there will be no smaller loans available to individuals.
Their own forum seems to be unavailable today. Hopefully the loan volume will increase quickly to take up the slack.

Where do I see that. I thought it was postponed, at least that is how I read yesterdays newsletter. Previously announced changes to the investment profile queues and loan pricing will be implemented in the coming weeks. More information will be available in our future newsletters.
Or was there another 180 degree turn, thereafter.

A slow day for repayments, so no funds to bid, the next few days are my monthly peak for repayments so it will be interesting to see how bidding proceeds and how quickly the money is reinvested compared with previous months.

I certainly didn't receive a newsletter (nothing in spam filters either) so I presumed the new system was up and running .......

Or was there another 180 degree turn, thereafter. I looked at the bidding on the loans yesterday and the bids were all at various interest rates, so although the newsletter said that the bidding had had not been changed, after the site update the night before the new system was operating. All Estonian A1000 loans had P********1 as the first bidder, so the institutional lender advantage is more obvious now than it used to be.

Something rather strange, now 9th May 10.46 a new timed loan has appeared with the bidding done by the old low rate system. Even the newsletter said those had finished as from 8th May.

All Estonian A1000 loans had P********1 as the first bidder, so the institutional lender advantage is more obvious now than it used to be. A queue for each interest rate requested by a borrower and for each term, credit history, and country. Queue rebuilt twice a day. morning and late afternoon. Apparently institutional first at each rebuild. So Institutional will get a high proportion of all loans on quiet days, depending on how they are distributed between those queues. On busy days they would have more of a chance of not being first when a loan is allocated, having used their new queue advantage already, perhaps.
Not sure about that. Initially they would start first but once they have made a bid in a queue for each interest rate for each credit group and country but after that they might just be in the normal time-based position.

I asked Bondora support about this and they said that this borrower made the application before May 8th. Which leads to the question of how long Bondora are taking to process applications? Support also said the forum should be fixed soon.

Has the new queue system officially begun? Does anybody know for sure? I have heard nothing from Bondora since Wednesday's newsletter. But I have had no new loan bids or even repayments made on my account for the past two days.

It is certainly operating without lowest bids first, but whether the queue is moving is unclear and I have had no profile bid Estonian loans for two days either, although I seem to be in the Spanish queue. It will probably be slower still on Monday which is the big day for repayments, as everyone will have cash available.

I agree with jamesfrance, if you look at the Estonian loans you can see that the lowest bids do not come first which suggests the new system is working. I too am picking up Spanish loans. Whilst typing on Spanish loans I now have my first 3 defaults .....

I have also had two repayments due in the past couple of days which are now late so I was beginning to think that somehow there was a fault with my profile or account. What do you mean when you say that everyone will have cash on a Monday? I always thought that it would be opposite and nobody would have cash on a Monday after being out over the weekend. Or maybe that is just me

One of my aggressive profiles that targets a limited number of very small amounts at high risk high return loans picked up an Estonian B700 loan but other than that I have only picked up Spanish loans today.

Or maybe that is just me This Monday is the day for many repayments and the cash from those will be in our accounts before Monday bids are made, so those with no funds today could well be taking part in bids on Monday.
