Try clearing your cache and your FC cookies, that'll fix quite a few problems (you will have to reconfirm various things after you clear cookies though).

Good idea - all cookies cleared, but it's still apparently ignoring the "SEARCH" button on the "Sell Individually" tab. Is that function working for others? Edit: Just tried on mobile device - different browser, different network connection, still not working. Assume broken by Fumbling Circus.

Strange. I've just put a few low grade C loans up for sale at par with no problem.

OK, thanks grumps. Guess they must have done something to my account, then. Didn't think I'd upset anyone...

I had that this morning. Found that having clicked search, if I then clicked on a sort tab i.e. repayments it would then show the search results. Then got constant Bad Gateways so went out for lunch!

Ahh, not just me, good, that's a relief! I also see that someone has posted a message entitled "No longer possible to list loans for Sale" in The Other Place.

I've been buying a number of loan parts this evening, and while the transactions can be seen in the transaction statement available from the Summary Page and my available funds have been reduced, the loan parts have not been transferred to me.
I've bought eleven loan parts totalling £220.66 that I have not received, but the money for them has gone. Looking at the loan part IDs on my transaction statement, I even managed to purchase the same loan part twice on two occasions!!
I've submitted a help request on the FC contact page but I thought I better warn others.

I said elsewhere that I thought this problem was getting worse - more frequent - but that is truly scary.

I'm wondering if I've been "specially selected" as a guinea pig for untested beta software.
Back to the SELL > Sell Individually tab :
- If I type a letter like Z in the search box and click "search", it lists all loans with a Z in the title.... Freezer, Zest, Revitalizing etc. - If I type a number like 2014 in the search box, it lists all loans with 2014 in the title. - If I type a loan ID number in the search box, it finds nothing.
How on earth I'm expected to list all parts of a particular loan, I really don't know.
Didn't the titles also once include the loan ID, or am I mistaken ?

Yes, me too. Summary/Sell/Sell individually/Search has not worked for me since lunchtime yesterday, 22 Dec.

And this morning it won't search for words in title (just sits there looking stupid). Sorting columns worked twice for me but now that given up ghost too.

I have been having similar problems with the Sell function since yesterday - same problem today as well. The search function is at best incredibly slow. On the few occasions I have got it to work it took several minutes to return the loan parts I was looking for. Once you get to that point there is about a 50% change you will succeed in listing the part for sale.

I have found a methodology that allows me to sell again!
1. In the Sell Individually function. Set the number of items per page to 500 2. Click on the top of the loan Part ID column to order the list in ascending or descending order ( you may need to wait 30 seconds for this to happen). Then you can fairly easily page up and down the list to find the items you want to sell.
The Accept terms function is still flaky sometimes you need to accept terms before it will show you have ticked the 'accept terms' box.
Hopefully this helps.

I wonder if FC feel any sense of shame when reading this thread? I continue to have display issues, freezes and bad links when using the FC site - truly awful
