fundingsecure Please could you let us know what time(s) you reconcile deposits with their trackers' accounts? I ask because I did a transfer first thing today intending to invest in the 2 new loans. 11 am has been and gone, and over an hour later, my balance still is unchanged, the loans have been and gone, and I cannot even withdraw the cash. Usually, deposits are dealt with quickly -- as long as the investor submits the tracker form telling FS that the deposit is on the way. As for "11 am has been and gone", well yes it has, but it doesn't look as if the announced renewals have been and gone. AFAICS the original loans still are active and there's no sign of the renewal loans either in the 'Loans Needing Investment' list or the 'Loans Awaiting Activation' list. Am I misreading the evidence and have missed them? Or is fundingsecure having a problem?

I left 'check for changes' looking for new loans for a couple of hours but none appeared.

I made a deposit at around 9:15am and it was cleared by FS at 10:01am. Note: There are updates on several loans, but no mention of the ones that should have gone live at 11:00am.

I made a transfer to fundingsecure the other night and it was not in there the next morning, checked with them and they had not received it, phoned my bank and it turns out my bank (Tesco Bank) had put the transaction on hold for "security reasons" without informing me. After clearing it with the bank the money appeared in fundingsecure a couple hours later. Maybe the same has happened to you?

Just had an email from FS - the 2 loans are going live at 8pm this evening. I have enough in my account but for those awaiting processing I am guessing there is now someone in the office to do the business.

Apologies for delays - due the fog / cancelled / delayed flights
Just to confirm - the two delayed loans will now be posted at 8pm - and all deposits received in the bank have been credited to accounts

I made a transfer just after the announcement by FS that all deposits had been credited. I wonder when my deposit will be actioned.

My first transfer to Funding Secure on Friday, was in my account on Saturday at 00.30am. In comparison: AC - 3-4 days LI - 3 days I am in shock (my bank is  , how it managed to get there in 24 hours is a miracle). |

They could run their system and let transactions through that 100% match and the aml software does not trigger. All other transactions can then be processed much more quickly at the next run. Maybe a company that runs a platform on the internet doesnt have senior staff that trust computers!  |

They would need some form of API to intergrate with the bank which most platforms dont have as it is expensive, complicated because of the security protocols and banks seem reluctant to enable it. Took AC quite a lot of effort to sort theirs out and SS have been talking about one for a while but AIUI never managed to resolve the issues. Somewhere there are a few threads discussing the difficulties but in the absence of an automated system someone has to manually add the funds in the client account to the lenders available balance.

Ablrate manage to do an instant card deposit, I'd definately have caught more of the fast selling loans if FS had something similar.

Just for comparison, I did a transfer to MT today just after 4 pm - it was there in just under 4 and half minutes on a Sunday afternoon with no loans going live. Apart from the renewal that went live at 4pm of course

Darn i should have chased them then as I transferred / put on a tracker at 1pm and nothing so far. Online help now gone to the pub. Not the end of the world as only a small amount, but still, i requested it as soon as the notification appeared about the loan coming up today. Puts me off transferring larger amounts if I will miss the loans the like.
