Update 1 day ago, says these have now drawn down. Why will it if taken so long? It was a purchase - or rather three purchases - so I suspect there were the usual hold ups and delays with the solicitors and other agencies. Similar to you or I buying a house, I suppose - the money is available via the bank / building society some time before the point of completion. Difference being the borrower was paying interest between the funds being available and actually used. Now is the optimal time to sell them on the SM. Brexit recession looming and all that. Or a Brexit boom and we will all be holidaying abroad.

Update 1 day ago, says these have now drawn down. Why will it if taken so long? Presumably a typo for "Why will it of taken so long". Don't know whether to laugh or cry.

According to the latest update, all these loans are scheduled to repay before the end of the month, and Lendy was promoting a new PBL to reinvest your funds into, I forget what it was called as it has now disappeared from the pipeline?
Wondering if the repayment is still on track?

Wondering if the repayment is still on track? The PBL you mean appeared in the pipeline 28/09 and was called: PBL - G****** F***, S***** L***, T**** L***** C****, Wim*****, Dorset
It disappeared from the pipeline 24/10. Possible reason: problems with planning permission.

Repayments don't just come out of thin air, this loan specifically, I believe L could(should) provide another update around repayment progress.
If this doesn't repay by Tuesday, 31st, this forum will be up in arms and another L slanging match will kick off.

question is will Ly now come clean about the planning/lawful use refusals and enforcement notices on these parks, they cant say they dont know about them, plenty of comment in the Bournemouth Echo too.
