Auction tomorrow- Hopefully they'll publish the result in Friday's update.
Judging by the usual BS 'update will be available in due course' we're more likely to see it in the press first.

Auction can be viewed live online from 10am. Our property is in the first session so it could come up around mid morning. I have got builders in but will try and tune in.

The auctioneer seems very good at getting high prices for the properties provided he's got several bidders. Good bloke.

So they've just sold a previous Lendy property (PBL087) for 8,000k, on an original valuation of 8,815k - guid was 8.25m+ - hopefully LFH will go for more than guide!

PBL155- Auction Result
Our lot didn't come up until 1.02pm.
The opening bid was £1.3m. It then raced up to £1.5m where it stuck.
The property sold for £1,500,000.
Completion of the sale will take place 20 working days from today.
Overall, what a gripping and entertaining auction session it was. The bald headed, bespectacled auctioneer was first class and kept the proceedings flowing with some riveting banter and a steady flow of quips. He puts overpaid TV presenters like Ant and Dec and Graham Norton to shame and could be fronting a top rated game show. What drama when a 'phone bidder couldn't be reached and I thought it was like watching the million pound question on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire and Chris Tarrant can't get through to the contestants Phone a Friend. Amid all the excitement we got to know bidders like flat cap, black shirt, grey jumper and muffin eater and one punter lost their phone which, we were informed, had an unusual screensaver.

Sold for 1.5 million, so 2 million of investor funds lost. I would like to see the owners of Lendy put in jail for this. What on earth did they think they were doing?
