Didn't we already see a recovery of nearly a million with way less than half paid out to lenders, with no explanation of breakdown of costs?

to get a better picture google bury news latest and our borrower is there with a big smile on his face but the rest of it is not good. Comment from a reader of the local paper "the banks and lenders are also to blame for propping these chancers who walk away and reappear the next day under a different company name".
Don't we know it. Lessons learned.

lendy made a fortune pushing this chancers land/development loans when tranche after tranche was being released every month with very little being done on most of these sites.lendy will now take another fortune in fees/interest from the fall of of his empire.will probably be with his mate liam at this years cowes fund raising scheme.

Lendy will make sure they get their full interest payment out of any recoveries. Also allow for the exorbitant fees of the administrators etc and we're probably lucky if there's 30% left for us. It's time Lendy came clean about the breakdown of where recoveries go. Into the Malta account I'd have thought. Unbelievable what Brooke has achieved here. No need to set yourself up as a bank robber these days. The internet and a fistful of naive investors are the only required tools.

looks like a 30% recovery on this. Another job well done Lendy. So where's this come from? I see a couple of posters have asked the same question without reply...I heard it was only 10%..or was it 5

lendys interest coming before our capital on recoveries should not be allowed by the FCA.i know there are T&Cs and they are very loaded towards lendy.the mismanagement and state of this loan book lies directly at Liam's/lendys door.so there was never no incentive for lendy to push borrowers for repayment.lendy fees and I guess a default interest rate will decimate our returns.we still have not been shown any breakdowns on previous recoveries.come on lendy a bit of transparency while you are shafting your lenders for a second time.

So only one offer received and that’s from the borrower! At below loan value Frankly, I don't care who the offer's from. And I presume there's some form of guarantee from the borrower re: any shortfall...

Borrower still seemingly being an arse i hope RSM can chase all these personal guarantees he was promising on all these schemes.i hope they can make sure that mr SD does end up on his arse and hunt down every penny he has scammed [with the help of LB/LENDY] and give a decent return to lenders on all of his failed schemes.

I hope so too, but realistically I think nothing will be reclaimed from PG.
