Wellesley has received full FCA authorisation. Not quite sure what this means given the nature of their products. Must be about the last of the early platforms to achieve it.
Edit. Seem to have investment not P2P permissions.

As you found out, the answer is yes, but if your planning on doing this watch out for transfer fees. Some IFISAs change £100 to transfer out. I am relatively new to this forum - is there a post/discussion where we can find information about all IFISAs available (for example selling/transfer fees, cashback offer, etc...)? Or I need to go on each sub-forum for each p2p platform?

Propio has launched its IFISA, bonds invested in property loans, min £100, .075% fee, rates 3-7% depending on risk level, no transfers in currently, not flexible. Some discrepancies between FAQ & T&CS (transfers in/transfers between IFISA/standard account) 1 yr term with no easy exit.

FISA’s are good when losses are less than interest earned it can be a tricky balance based on some of the performance of current platforms where you would like losses to be covered from tax paid on gains elsewhere for non FISA investments.

A brief statement from FCA which seems to be unhappy with IFISAs being "promoted alongside cash ISAs"
(So brief as to be almost meaningless, but probably LCF fallout related)
