Where did you get the 12% from, it looks like it's "up to 9%", on their own website. An example of two companies that were or will be included as given in the article on your link were at 6.4% and 9%. Were you factoring in tax savings somehow or trying to generate some excitement ? Its their figure but there is a bond coming next week offering 12%, should be 'up to' www.p2pfinancenews.co.uk/2017/03/09/crowd-for-angels-new-ifisa-to-offer-up-to-12pc-returns/

Hmm.... looks like they've found a Midlands based engineering company for that 'up to' 12%, no doubt their website will also change next week (or imminently) when it goes live. What's needed would be a lot more companies and some kind of average interest rate I think. I might investigate further but I'm not keen on SME lending so may well steer clear.

Effective 0.5% platform fee for the ISA, £35 transfer out fee, and doesn't currently support transfers in by my reading of the FAQ. It's not completely clear whether flexible withdrawals are possible.

I just spoke to one of their people on the phone. Summary:
1. Formed July 2016 2. Raised £3 million to date over three deals. 3. Have a new investment starting later this week which can be invested inside an IFISA 4. No secondary market atm. 5. Will clarify if their IFISA is flexible.

I've only just been made aware of your forum and it looks great, although I am completely new to forums to please excuse me if I'm not following the right etiquette! I am the MD of HNW Lending Ltd. We are a fully FCA authorised firm (authorised in January 2017) and also have HMRC permission to offer IF ISAs and have flexible ISAs
We have been going for 3 years, have done over 150 loans, and have never lost a penny of interest or capital to date as all the loans we do are secured loans. Secured loans means first or second charge on property or taking an asset like a high value car or plane into a storage facility under our control
We are basically funded by a collection of wealthy individuals, with the average individual investor having over £100k invested in our loans. We do however allow investors to put a minimum of £5k per loan (or £10k per loan outside of the ISA). Investors choose which loans they wish to invest in and the rate investors earn ranges from about 7% to 15% depending on the risk of the loan - ie a low LTV (loan to value) first charge would pay lower interest than a high LTV second charge
My number is 07958 636 106 and email is ben@hnwlending.co.uk if you wanted to find out any more information so that you can update your post
Thanks Ben

Welcome. Crikey, its like Tigger just joined, bouncing around the threads. Think you've just challenged charles @ PC for enthusiatic engagement with forums. Anyway, Ive promoted you to the main IFISA list. Somebody else will have to do detailed research as I wont pass the ID criteria.

Suggest you just try login Security seems a little weak with the very short password allowed.

Edit: It now says "enter a valid email"! I retyped it 20 times and still get this error message

I unchecked 2nd charge and non-property loans, leaving only 1st charge and get 47 results. Then I unchecked in default(for obvious reasons) and it then says "0 records found"
Looks like all the loan parts for sale are in default! I wonder how you get PM loans.

As for the loan page, cant say it makes a lot of sense. Filters seem to give all sorts of weird results and its unclear what is current and what isnt, apart from 14 loans having availability. Stunt planes! ablrate why havent you got any loans on stunt planes? Definately the coolest security.
