I think the implication is that it doesn't, and I haven't been credited the extra shares. Must say I'm disappointed uown The screen shot I posted was sent to my email, an existing customer and clearly suggests that I qualify. At best this is incompetence, at worst intentionally misleading. You've gained a few extra shares from me but lost some good will in the process |

I think you have a valid case valuehunterThe email was sent to current investors, and I interpreted its meaning just as you did - though was a little surprised that they would make such an offer to existing investors. The wording was ambivelent. (sp!) Hardly an offer to bring the cash rolling in anyway. |

Flash sale coming tomorrow (17/8). 25% top up on any sum invested in Eden Gardens between £20 - £5000 ending 23:59 18/8/17 Its a shame you mentioned 40% earlier in the month, because now I can't help feeling a little disappointed, even by what would by most standards be a very generous offer...

Still, that's (up to) £1250 worth of shares for free to sell on the secondary market - if we ever get to that point. 40% might just have tempted me, 25%.....dunno.

I've just deposited a token amount, thought I best as I started the thread and live nearby the properties, not that I have got round to driving by any of the properties to check them out yet.
Does anyone know how long it takes for a bank transfer to be credited to your account?

Ah, you could be a valuable addition to the investor base djpix99 and keep an eye on our investment! My own first credit was very slow to be marked up, but presumably they will be keeping a close eye on any new money coming in today or tomorrow. Aye. |

I have experience of renting through the Managing Agents 'Parklane properties' and they were reasonably good, and the maintenance teams were pretty responsive, possibly down to the company Hive being part of the same group of companies.

Funds have now been credited to my account and invested in 8 Eden... At some point soon I will have a drive by and see what condition is like from the outside. |
