Thank you, Victoria. I fully understand Grupeer's position not to want to be burdened with special procedures for PEP's. But that wasn't my question. You apply this exclusion to persons (and their families) who have for a long time lost their PEP-status. My guess is that someone in your legal department misinterpreted the EU regulations.
Anyway, Grupeer is perfectly free to exclude who it wants. I just wanted to understand the rationale for this position.

To any current UK users:
Do you convert £ to euros before sending cash or just send £ and let them convert it?
Users must be residents of an EEA state. Do you know what will happen to UK users if the UK leaves the EU without a deal which covers this point?
Have you any tips to offer a new lender from your experience so far?

Based on this (https://www.europeanpaymentscouncil.eu/news-insights/news/european-payments-councils-decision-paper-brexit-and-uk-psps-participation-sepa), I think payments will continue as usual.
I use Revolut to exchange from £ to Euro before depositing into any euro sites.

Hello, yes, we do have a BuyBack guarantee and a provision fund on all deals listed on our platform. Grupeer works a different business model than other platforms listing personal loans for investment. When we make a partnership with micro financial organization offering PDL, we give a loan to the loan originator and we do NOT list an individual small loans to individuals. Personal loans tend to have a high default rate (we even list a default rate in the interview with our loan originators), but this default is not passed on to our clients. We will face a default if something will happen to our loan originator.
