Under "My Investments" what's the status=Buyback for? I would've assumed that I'm able to see the loans there that we're returned via the Buyback guarantee, but it's empty for me, despite having several Buybacks. Any explanation for this status?
Hello boxhamster, Thank you for your remark! Could you take a screenshot and send it to support@robo.cash , please? Kind regards, Robocash Support Team

robocashsupport , I think it's time to change the title of this thread as it is now misleading since you now offer returns of up to 12%. I have no problems with Robocash lowering the rates to 12% since it has led to a great reduction in cash drag. I've had virtually zero cash drag for a couple of months now. Keep up the good work.We Hello Ace, Thank you for the comment, the title has been corrected. We appreciate that you enjoy using our platform! Kind regards, Robocash Support Team

Hello boxhamster, Thank you for your remark! Could you take a screenshot and send it to support@robo.cash , please? Kind regards, Robocash Support Team Hi, I would've done that, but I guess you've removed it now? It's not available anymore. I'd still like to see which loans defaulted and were refunded via the Buyback system though. Are you working on it?

1. Any update on being able to see the loans that were closed via the buyback? 2. Under "My Investments": Why is there two values under "Amount"?
3. Could you guys add a column that gives the actual amount one got back?

Hello boxhamster, 1. Concerning the loans that were closed via buyback, we are working on it now. We’ll inform you as soon as there are any updates. 2. The first value shows how much was invested in the loan, the second value shows the size of the loan. 3. There is no such a column, but it is possible to see the amount of returned loans and earned interest separately under “Account Statement”. We hope this will help and thank you for your suggestions! Best regards, Robocash Support Team

Thank you for your reply. However, #2 is still not clear for me: "2. The first value shows how much was invested in the loan, the second value shows the size of the loan." I invested €1 into this specific loan, hence the size of the loan is €1. Why is there 2 numbers then?

Hello boxhamster! These numbers are not always equal, because there is a possibility to invest in a loan partially. Thus, if a loan is worth 100EUR, and an investor purchases only a part of it (for example, 50EUR), this column will show 50EUR/100EUR. We hope this helps. Kind regards, Robocash Support Team

Kind regards, Robocash Support Team robocashsupport, it is clear from your reply that there is an error in your display. I have over 400 loans and in every case these two numbers are the same. If I take a single example that shows "€ 1.00/1.00": the contact shows that I have a €1.00 allocation of a €100.00 loan. So the second figure displayed is incorrect.

Hi krisvam, Thank you for your comment and interest in our platform! With regard to your questions about the investments, it is possible to see the amount invested in a particular loan here: The column "Amount" under "My investments" shows two numbers: the number on the right is the loan amount, and the number on the left is the amount of your money invested in this loan. As for the statuses in the personal account, here is a brief explanation: There are three loan statuses on the platform - "current", "delayed" and "closed". The status "current" means, that the loan term hasn’t finished, and the loan hasn't been repaid by the borrower yet. The status "closed" means, that either the borrower repaid the loan on time, or the buyback was implemented on the 31st day of loan overdue, and investor got his/her income for this loan. The status "delayed" means that the loan repayment has been delayed by the borrower for more than 30 days, so the buyback will be implemented on the 31st day of overdue. We hope this helps. If you have any further questions or suggestions, feel free to contact us. Best regards, Robocash Support Team

Hello monterowsky, Thank you for your interest in our platform! At the moment, the biggest improvement we are working on is upgrading the website of Robo.cash. We expect to change its design and simplify navigation for the users. Also, on September 1, we will be ready to launch the Loyalty Programme for investors. With regard to loan originators, for this year, we have no plans to introduce new ones. However, we are constantly working on increasing the volume of loans available on the platform. In case of any other major updates, we will inform you additionally. Best regards, Robocash Support Team
