Might be, but I read somewhere that they currently are working on the loyalty thing, so I assume that we will get something different. In the end I could live with 14%, but then my expectations would not have been met  |

My quick update on investments, overall my account sits on 45% of loans being overdue. Fortunately, BuyBack seems to work just fine, just it just keeps rolling over. I have recently put a bit of new money in and will report on the performance of that particular investment tranche within the next 2 weeks.

OK, so the rate of "overdue" loans on my account seems to be hovering around 53% mark, i.e. slightly over half of them are overdue sergeysedov when can we expect to get any financial information for Zaimer.kz please? I really would like to see whether this branch is actually making any profit given how many loans are "bought back" by you? |

As a group they are doing really well, what is not clear is how well the kazachstan part is performing since the BB guarantee is coming from that side and I have not seen any promises that the group would cover if anything happened. It is registered in Latvia, just like most EUR platforms due to there being no current regulations.

I had contacted customer support and they are indeed early repayments or early buybacks.
so far everything seems really smooth. Had very pleasant experiences with customer support and just tried to withdraw some money recently without issues. They could improve their UI though. It's simple, but some things aren't as clear as they should be.

Hello, it would be nice to see Account Statement for selected period directly on the platform instead of downloadable file. But the most important thing most investors are waiting is broader market I would say. Seeing >50% of laons being late creates a uncertainty feeling that loan originator may soon be unable to buyback...

The attention in their marketing image has never been in their first priority but, honestly, if they did that video in a 5 stars hotel in a golden office, the message would have been more desirable? I like very much pragmatism, also if this strenghtens my russian stereotype.
Of course I like very much too more concrete informations about their plans in Philippines before invest there a single euro.

Improve the transparency, people like to know what is happening with their money; e.g. make two different statuses for early buyback/ repayment vs defaults. Improve the User Interface, the portfolio manager is incredibly easy, but horrible at the same time. Withdrawing for example feels very counter-intuitive as transferring money from your portfolio to your balance is strange. Also reducing cash drag as mentioned by people on the forum here would be nice. Publish financial reports regarding the partnered companies. Other than that, keep up the good work. I'm very content so far.
