Do you mean that I should not sell my older loans? Quite a risky strategy to rely on the SM. It is, although there is no penalty for non-payment. Also depends what loans you own, I have always held several very liquid loans, so never been an issue for me.

Terminating your membership of Lendy 14.2 We may end your membership of Lendy at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to if: 14.2.4 you suspend, or threaten to suspend, payment of your debts, or are unable to pay your debts as they fall due or admit inability to pay your debts... I have spoken to one member where a suspension has occurred (although, I'm not sure it was to do with non-payment, and SS did reinstate his account)

The worst I have done is not resolve my negative balance for 4 or 5 days, I just kept getting standard e-mails until it was resolved.

Mod Hat On/ Due to the unusual and unique nature of the asset securing this loan there is a real concern around jigsaw identification, and so we have decided that both the location and the type of asset will need redacting or disguising. We are about to edit a number of posts on this account, please assist us in the future by making sure mentions of either place or function are not used unadulterated. Thanks .

Just for the record and following my personal DD, I can confirm that the borrower paid a total of £9m for this site and the transfer completed on 7/4/17.
Title is held in 2 parts.
C***** Works and Quarry - Price paid £4.8m
Land at C***** Works and Quarry - Price paid £4.2m
I can confirm that the necessary charges in favour of SAVING STREAM SECURITY HOLDING LIMITED are registered against both titles.
I have text copies of the title documents which I can PM if anyone is interested, although I'm unsure if this would be breach of copyright.

Lendy simply cancelled loan parts and worse, they cancelled the one I wanted and used the money sent to pay for the ones I didn't want.

And little push in the right direction from yours truly Keep it up Georgie Boy - DD from the few benefits the many... regardless of what strategy we all use Whoa !!! In the absence of any other updates, the local paper has just reported:- 'Bulldozers appeared on the site ( last) Thursday and began to clear vehicles from the area.' Apart from the story about a long-standing sitting tenant being "asked" to vacate the premises, I thought it nice to see something (well, anything actually!) happening on this £12m development site . . . but then, I know n-u-ff-ing !!

Interestingly, there is a currently a load of this loan on the secondary market... A big hitter(s) selling out maybe? It is unusual to see so much of this loan available...

I think it is a large loan and one that could very quickly get to a six figures queue and then one is potentially stuck for the duration (which may be no bad thing, don't think there's anything wrong with the loan, it's just that I have a few too many in that position so avoiding it where possible).

Discounting on the SM would solve the problem of long, slow queues
