It certainly give one pause for thought. I wonder if the same database guru was responsible for giving me a bonus this morning. Got repaid my £1 for PBL006 but also I still have the loan part alive in My Loans - not marked as repaid. Maybe I should withdraw the £1 before they respond to my email.  Oh, maybe not, it is Friday so it would probably just end up in hyperspace. |

My transactions weren't altered after all! "You are one of a few investors who have been affected by a small interest shortfall glitch on your account. Perhaps it is as you say but for me the fact that Ly could go back and find were the error was and correct it is a positive thing.

This is an interesting use of 'few' since both I, and my partner, got the same email. I wonder if few is a 3, 4, or 5 digit number?

I assume it would be everyone who held that loan part, so maybe 2,000 out of 15,000 members. I wonder how many didn't even notice, especially the ones who held sub 12% loans and that issue got blamed for all of the negative balance. That was the issue they twice tried to blame my issue on.

I would probably never notice if they made a small mistake, corrected it later - or didn't! Should I be checking?

Out of curiosity .......... how is the event recorded if you have loan parts you failed to pay for 're-possessed' ?
Just removed from your transactions like it never happened?
Easy enough for PM allocations now I guess, but could have involved quite a few transactions in the old INPL on the SM days.

I'm still showing a negative balance due to an altered/removed/ non-recorded transaction. I only held 12% loans during March. My balance was correct as at 14:33 on 1st April when Lendy asked me to resolve my negative balance of £X. I sent the exact amount requested the same day, yet my account shows it is negative. I have made multiple attempts asking support to resolve the issue. I only want to know why there is a negative balance and not a guesswork reply. Liz how did you manage to get Lendy to look further? |
