Shame it's lost its number.
If I were a dog, this loan would have me salivating.
My pre-fund is already set.

Clearly, with the current marketplace on Lendy, buying 12% loans and selling at 200 days+ is a viable strategy, however, whistling the same tune snippet over and over again can be somewot tedious.

Of course - It's 12% Stop thread here - everybody should invest in this loan LY; could you turn the lights out after you leave. Thanks I note that the pipeline has filled up quite substantially today and there are several going live tomorrow. It interests me that you have concentrated your attention on the 12% loans which might suggest that those are the ones that caught your eye as well and are of most interest to you? As regards your turn the lights off comment I doubt you would still be contributing to the LY forum if you were no longer an interested party and a big player and thought it was all about to implode.

As regards your turn the lights off comment I doubt you would still be contributing to the LY forum if you were no longer an interested party and a big player and thought it was all about to implode. I'm not interested in investing in any loans where the risk is not represented by the rate. Admittedly I employ an aggressive strategy which includes chasing the high rate, but there is no substitute for DD You've made your case - there is substance behind it, and I'd be hypocritical if I say that I don't invest with the SM liquidity firmly in my mind, but your "invest & dump" strategy is reckless, and frankly, shows up everything that is wrong with P2P. Furthermore, It is your repetitive, tedious gloating that slightly annoys me; your strategy is not a good example for other inverters (i.e. invest & dump in every 12% loan) to follow; your posting style is not a good example for members to follow. Well at least I'm not rude. As regards my strategy being reckless I would remind you that I have never lost a penny. Not everybody can say that. Therefore the evidence does not bear out your assertion. As regards my posting style, at least I can spell basic words like negative and I have never posted on this forum pretending to be a child. More importantly I do not express my opinions as statements of fact, I express them as my opinions. You post as though what you say is right when it is sometimes wrong. What you post are your opinions. You are entitled to them but the opinions of others are of equal validity. Had you said that you THINK my investment strategy is reckless and you THINK my posting style is bad that would be fine but you didn't. You tried to conflate opinion with fact. Good luck with your investments and your hidden, self serving agenda which is as transparent as a newly polished sheet of clear glass.

I'm getting sick of two things on this forum. GeorgeT and the GeorgeT haters. You both have a point. Please just agree to disagree. Anyway, back on topic: I'm in for this one.

All on this thread. Forum rule 1: please take note of. Not rocket science, general social etiquette. Cool it. And if you can't cool it go and do something else, somewhere else.

Peace to all. It's been a long day. If people feel reassured by doing 'legwork' on a loan then that is a good thing and I certainly wouldn't want to dissuade anyone from doing what feels right for them. I agree to ignore C-D's posts and I hope he will ignore mine in future. Unless of course he wishes to correct a factual error I have made, or I do in the reverse situation. As I do think if anyone has got something wrong it's in the best interests of everybody who reads the forum for it to be pointed out. I'm sure we would all agree on that. I also confirm I will not mention my personal investment strategy again in the future.

Totally off topic but at least not sniping at anybody, I found myself with a huge account deficit on one account this morning because my prefunding was set for ALL loans rather than the one I wanted and had set prefunding for. Was this not a known bug?

Was this not a known bug? r1200gs: Might you accidentally have entered your prefunding for that one loan in the 'default' box at the top of the pipeline page rather than the box for that specific loan? It could be easy to miss a mistake like that because I've found that the pipeline page does not always display correctly -- for me, anyway -- after a prefunding is changed. I need to navigate away from that page and then back to it in order to see the correct info.

Live tomorrow. Do investors have the money for this after the MT and COL monsters? I've just reversed my pre-fund on this one. No spare cash given recent glut of opportunities and no confidence of using SM to diversify right now. Looking at sales queues, others are trying to pre-sell...

Eye-opening to see large sums currently available in 12% loans with 300+ days to run
