Well, in the interests of fairness, I shall have to remove my 'like' then  I asked the question as my perception had been that it was still quite feasible that the buyer isn't really serious despite apparent progress, but if they had been paying buckets of interest then it would quosh that view. What about a quarter of a like for paying one months interest  You can have one whole one for that as it made me smile.

MT can we please have a further update (good or bad news). Has this completed today or not? I suspect it hasn't, but would appreciate more regular and factual updates especially at this critical stage.

all I can see here is another newcastle loan story. are we waiting for another year long endless lies?
17% seems nice but when it could never be paid, what is the point? just let the lender dream longer?

I'd be happy with that to be honest as we would have confidence funds will be distributed tomorrow. Unfortunately, I'm not as positive and expect some other update. Fingers crossed we do get an update today. Its very frustrating being kept in the dark at these critical times.
