We have had an update in the last 24 hrs and continual pestering for finer and finer detail is likely to make MT send updates less frequently no more.
Whilst the loan remains on the current loan list you can be pretty sure it will not repay in the following few hours possibly that day.

Can people just note that MT have already provided 5 updates in the last 6 days on this single loan, which in P2P land is extraordinarily communicative already.
There is absolutely no need for us to know the results of a single telephone call a few working hours after it has taken place, and if the transaction completes then they are of course going to tell us, and if it doesn't then you'll know because there's no repayment in your account. You'll know the reason why probably with a day, but it won't change your ability to do anything about it in any case.
edit: crossed with the good ladywhitenap - well, exactly.

We have a right to be kept informed. No update all day today. We have no idea if the call happened last night and what was said, we also don't yet know if the solicitor email was BS about funds for completion today.

I just love the little (possibly Freudian) slip on the solicitor quote "... long tortious journey ...". I'm hoping "tortuous" was meant....! Well done MoneyThing for clearly trying to do everything you can to make the repayment happen.

Afternoon. Just to confirm that the buyer has serviced three-months interest (March, April & May). Kind regards, Ed. Did I miss a payment?

I am confident that all interest has been paid to lenders up to and including May (paid on the 29th). Feel free to email/call us and we can check. Kind regards, Ed

Just checked mine and I do have a payment on 29th May. Also checked that there are no missed payments - they are mostly on time but March 2019 didn't pay out until early April. So this problem doesn't seem to have affected everyone which is a bit odd.

As we received interest in March, April & May, what was the point of that email? It just seems to have confused people....
