I believe this loan should be immediately defaulted. I am one of the lenders who is said to be having my best interests protected by accepting lie after lie. Frankly, please default the loan and let’s take our chances with the Administrators. It’s time to take a tough stance against these borrowers. Newcastle-under-Lyme is another example of where accepting lie after lie and taking no action was the wrong thing to do.

Does anyone believe things would change by 10.30am tomorrow? I won't. No, I don’t believe anything will change from the borrower’s side, but, what will MT do? It was only said that action was being “considered”.

What can I say. Loan after loan I watch a MT farce. Just get on and default the loan and give the borrower the pain they deserve. I'd prefer to take a loss rather than to continue letting these borrowers and their advisors run rings round the lender.

I’d think MT are at the point where weakness, leniency and lack of firm decisive action against delinquent borrowers is hurting their reputation and long term survival more than firmly dealt with capital losses would. I’ve definitely stopped investing and wouldn’t recommend them to a friend, as the saying goes. However, my gut feeling is still that the people running MT have integrity, they’re just seemingly not in control.

I know it's frustrating waiting, but they've been paying their interest until relatively recently. I'm quite heavily into Lendy, so it could be much worse! I'm happy content to wait at the moment.
