Update 9/9/20
The borrower has informed us yesterday (8/9/20) that the payment will be made in the next few days.
How many days is classed as a few, since 8/9/20
We have put the borrower on formal notice that they have breached the terms of their extension.
Will that frighten the borrower ?

I'm not seeing any piddly interest either in my account! Would be nice to keep us updated to say it didn't arrive or whether its sitting in MT's account gaining interest before paid to us next week!

There would be four piddlys in a payment, so you will need to be patient. I only hold a small amount in this, that amount is however becoming more important if I have any hope of breaking even with Moneything currently. I tend to take the fact that they are at least making the odd attempt at paying interest as a positive sign that they want to keep it. That would suggest the valuation is somewhere near right, and we are likely to get a better return 'sucking it up' for a bit longer than buying administrators a new BMW just yet. But I have been wrong before.

A response via update. The borrower cannot afford more than a further 0.25% interest. Refinance still on course for 24/10/20

This may just happen at last, but :-
If the borrower suggests at any point that there is a delay beyond 24/10/20 & cannot produce any credible evidence or paperwork to suggest completion is imminent, you must call this loan in & get it auctioned off.
You will then find out if the borrower is serious.
