Moneything. This may just happen at last, but :- If the borrower suggests at any point that there is a delay beyond 24/10/20 & cannot produce any credible evidence or paperwork to suggest completion is imminent, you must call this loan in & get it auctioned off. You will then find out if the borrower is serious. Agree

What do you mean you can't transfer the funds to redeem the loan?  Ah................ You're in lockdown and the computers can't be used as they are infected with that bug Covid. The bank wouldn't accept the money because of the white powder on the notes. Your solicitor sprayed the documents to disinfect them and the ink ran and you don't know the details. Your wife thought the cash was her Xmas present and she's gone off to Spain with it..........something to do with bulls droppings. You can't be bothered and those lenders are just a bunch of ***** thinking the are entitled to their money back. You say we'll be okay as we will get our fees etc!!!!!!!!
