Yes, and I've noticed that a frequent poster on the MT threads advocating administration has gone very quiet. Given to posters passive aggressive way of calling out those whose opinions differ from their own, I was just going to ignore this, seeing the comment as the poster having to take their frustrations out on somebody, anybody. Actually that's still my position.

I hate the “once we have the information from the borrower”. Translated in P2P borrower speak that means unlimited extension.

No, moneything say they can only distribute when they have 2 months of interest. Recent actions would suggest that they would now decide to retain it as a 'potential war chest' to get legal advice in case of default. Oooh that's interesting tears bounce on laptops.

I still think MT going into Admin is good (didn't depend on what anyone thought - it had to go that way). However, I have strong objections to Moorfields being appointed the Admins. There is strong conflict of Interest, with Moorfields actively involved on most of the Recoveries, etc for long :-(
