Better get some safety barriers around those excavations before HSE turn up! Please turn me over - as a matter of interest, is this a very small development, or are you very tall?

Every development should have this, what I call the “real” progress for DFLs.

The time lapse was great, but it would be really neat to see the £k (or £m) counter scrolling up in real time too (in the corner).

Another tranche of this for £225,437 is going up tomorrow, so I had a look at the developer's website and the pictures look a bit more up-to date than Lendy's. This was taken from the on-site camera at 18:06 today. Like the 'floating' staircases. I've put the link to the developer's website in DDC as there are weekday camera shots and monthly round up video's, and other information for anyone interested.

Wow, it's great to see it starting to come together. I'm glad I don't live in the flats behind though as it looks huge (the camera angle might be making it look worse than it is though).

@timmy - seconded and thanks as ever. Where have you found the details about the 50% sold off plan? I can then continue to check for myself (I am not in DD by the way). Also as someone else once commented, either you are very very tall or the flats are for very very small people!!!!!  - Cheers P |

Looks like some pre-cladding is being installed. Might provide some weather protection when the roof is tiled. Presumably windows will be cut out and framed later.  |
