It is more stormy these days, or it could be a deterrent for rats They would slide off slates and break their little legs.

£242,000 has just been invested in this loan. Surely Lendy wealth? Either that or a very rich person has an awful lot of trust in Lendy....

Or possibly Lendy Wealth parking some funds. It has to be going somewhere assuming some people are still putting money in.

Or possibly Lendy Wealth parking some funds. It has to be going somewhere assuming some people are still putting money in. I thought Lendy Wealth was meant to diversify into different loans? There isn't much diversification going on, if this loan was to default then all that money from the Lendy Wealth fund would be in danger of being lost.

looks like one that might actually get finished.seems about the best one on lendy at the moment. as for the valuations, who knows.also lendy have never worried about a loan DEF and wealth lenders would not know for a very long time.

Well the latest tranche of £373k has been filled without any issues, so it looks like people are still investing in Lendy.

Well the latest tranche of £373k has been filled without any issues, so it looks like people are still investing in Lendy. Not only that, but there was also additional residual demand that was not fulfilled by the latest tranche, and so cleared out most of the SM for this loan earlier today (further loan parts have appeared for sale since, but all of the loan parts that had been for sale this morning sold today).
It appears that at least one wealthy investor (most obvious candidate these days is the manager of the Lendy Wealth portfolio, but there've been several other "big hitters" in the past, and one or more may have returned) had their allocation of the new tranche scaled back sufficiently that they cleaned out most/all of the SM availability to get the rest of their desired exposure, with a single purchase exceeding £54k.

A further tranche of £254k has also been filled without any issues. I know this loan seems to be progressing well, but it's somewhat surprising that there are significant number of investors out there that are willing to invest their funds into Lendy tranches.

Only 126 investors though. - it will be interesting to see when this tranche gets merged after the interest run wether these are mainly 'new' investors or people increasing their holdings (currently 2970 in the combined earlier tranches).
I still have some spare cash in my account from recent repayments, but I am already up to my limit on this loan. If they don't give us something new and worthwhile to invest in I will be withdrawing it after the next interest run.

This seems to be a different pattern of investing, some kind of high value auto-invest perhaps? This would tie in with the Lendy Wealth concept. I find it incredible that some are investing via this route, but it does breathe new life into Lendy, which for those of us waiting to exit cannot be a bad thing !

This is new tranche don't forget. This is Lendy Wealth test drive. Strap in!!
