I made a deposit first thing this morning (typically a couple of loan parts sold straight afterwards!!) - credited about 20mins ago so hopefully everyone elses is turning up also?

My deposit from yesterday morning has just turned up too  . No sign yet of any of my withdrawals though - hopefully that's next on their list  . In Edit: Withdrawal completed emails received just before 1 p.m - all's well that ends well . |

my first deposit this morning was instant - my second I am now 30 mins waiting for - seems to be no consistency (I know 30 mins is nothing just would like to know when it will arrive)

Even some platforms that are super fast in crediting accounts are woefully lacking when it comes to withdrawal. I know a weekend was involved, but I am still waiting for a withdrawal from AC that was requested Friday morning. I find that AC tend to credit the account with five minutes of transfers being sent to them.

I find that AC tend to credit the account with five minutes of transfers being sent to them. AC credits are processed hourly, on the hour.

Withdrawals are still manual and more random, though supposedly within 24hrs during the week.

Sent over 2 large sums around 2 hours ago, but nothing. I sent a deposit at 11.05 am this morning (Mon). Nothing as yet. Looks like they have reverted back to manual today. I guess/hope it will be credited in the Tuesday morning run.

But my account hasn't been credited either, so whatever system was in place a few days ago seems to be inactive today  To be fair, they did say the new system was still being trialled. |

My deposit was to clear my negative balance for DFL19. Under the new rules does interest still accrue even though I have a negative balance? Edit. Deposit just credited at 18.00 !
