Mine seems to have gone through twice, leaving me with a positive balance that I shouldn't have. I've email Saving Stream support but Paul64, savingstream, this might be something you want to get ahead of in case multiple people have been impacted. |

Mine has also gone through twice...Also two emails received......One at approx 9.30 and one at 6 pm...I know my balance was correct at lunchtime, as I withdrew funds early afternoon..From sales I made....

My deposit made at around 1pm today, was credited to my account at around 6pm. (At least, the email notification I got was timed 6.05pm).
I only got one deposit - so mine was correct.

I also have a small one that has gone through twice - that is interesting - I wont bother notifying them as I assume they will have to check the whole batch anyway.

I'm mildly bothered that the account removed the transaction rather than showing the in and out that really happened.

I'm mildly bothered that the account removed the transaction rather than showing the in and out that really happened. Some years back I had a balance of several million occur in my account, and it certainly wasn't mine. Nobody would have believed me had I not shown the balance to a friend just before it vanished without trace or explanation. My transfer to SS ended up taking about half a day, no double entries.

More than 24 hours now for a deposit to show have e mailed them and no reply yet... never had a problem before now. Was hoping to snap up some more 12% long time to run loans.... so all very good saying how it's improved and instant deposits..... unfortunately it hasn't worked for me at all.

Well - I don't want to be smug about this, but my deposit yesterday, sent at 2 p.m., appeared in my SS account within 30 minutes !
So they can do it.
