OK , so are faster deposits up&running again, then ? Just 2 days ago, regarding faster deposits Paul64 said : "We have now taken it down to evaluate its performance and to complete final testing ahead of a full launch to be confirmed in a few days' time."Maybe SS did this quicker than expected and the faster deposit system is fully up and running now. Anyone else made a deposit today ? I made another deposit about an hour later and that was credited after about 20 mins.

this worked fine for me a few times, sometimes within a minute, other times more like 15-20 minutes but my deposit from yesterday afternoon hasn't come through. Has anyone else had any problems yesterday ?

My problem started on the 18th March, Saturday with the big loan going live that day so put in bank transfer after reading all the wonderful comments it arrived in my account after i sent an e-mail on Monday.On the 23rd Thursday i transferred one thousand pounds and sent an e-mail informing SS that i was doing this and so far nothing, i have had acknowledgements for my e-mails but no money and i find it quite galling hearing Paul Riddell giving himself and the team a slap on the back.

Seems strange - is this your first transfer ? If so, you may want to double check that the details of the transfer are correct eg. your SS account number as a reference on the bank transfer. Also worth speaking to your bank just in case they can shed any light on the matter. I know it's often an SS problem, but not always. I assume that the £1000 has been debited from your bank account. The only crumb of comfort that I can offer is that to the best of my knowledge, no-one has ever actually lost their cash doing a transfer to SS, but sometimes it can take quite a few days for the cash to be credited to your SS account.

No have been a member since July 2016 have put money in and taken out money slow but it gets there unlike MoneyThing who have it down to a fine art well done to them.
Have sent e-mails one addressed to Paul but so far nothing just acknowledgements for sending e-mails, maybe still out celebrating the Grand Success of instant transfers.

Seems to me that since they decoupled the manual run from getting people's deposits on platform at start of business they have, being generous, perhaps allowed a few more to withdraw up to about lunchtime after morning trading.

Paul Well at the very least you could improve withdrawals to the level of before fast deposits when they all went out between 8am and 10am, not as is now sometime mid-afternoon. If you could do it before, you should be able to do it again.
