Would someone like (or like me) to change the thread title to 'zopa' instead of 'zola', or is 'zola' an in joke which I am blissfully unaware of? I think its a typo considering how close the l is to the p on my keyboard anyway. perhaps it now means zone of last approach! ;-)

Why is the web site so slow, takes me about 4 min's to access the statements page, today it's showing that last updated 3rd July 21.48pm
Come on Zopa get your act together.

Never mind so slow I was on it just now 18:50 for a couple of mins and now its gone 500 erroring again. ffront end is ok secure2 server is down again
edit: its back but still a bit flakey ...

The web site has been slow or not working for over a week,time the zopa IT dept sorted it out.The statement page just does work or u get the 500 message.My statement page has not been updated since 5pm on july 4th SHOCKING  Seems you were lucky to see that the statement page has not been updated, they won't let you in at all at the moment  "Bear with us!"

I logged in ok - just go to zopa main screen and see myzopa button - but clicking on myzopa just ends up at the bear with us screen. I wonder if the users limit is now too low of its actually off the air whilst ver nights are running.
To be honest it was slow but at least it was usable to degree, now i canf seem to gdt in at all.

Isn't it amazing how a once great company which was pretty much at the forefront of P2P lending is now making itself look incredibly stupid and incompetent.

Totally agree, My statements haven't been update since last Monday 3rd July, "Bear with us for a few minutes" few hours more like

COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE "BEAR WITH US" MESSAGE.
If the site is down, SAY SO.
Tried to log in about 25 times - same message each time.

As far as I can tell its been down now for about 12 hours or more and its still down to me !!!

It gets better.
Half an hour after trying 25+ times to log in and closing all browser windows (except the one on this forum) I open a new tab and try Zopa again - it goes straight through to my summary page - no logins asked for at all.
Weird.
