Not according to their comments on Tuesday, but we already know they are about as useful as hobnail boots in a salsa class

They certainly can't make it up, they can't even decide who is doing the refinance. "Please accept our sincere apologies for any confusion caused by this.", they forgot to add LOL on the end!

And here we have another example of FC's much anticipated anticipation disappearing towards the horizon.
Better still is this gem which can be filed under the category we know nowt, but are too scared to default it....

I have just spotted this comment which yet again reinforces the view that FC couldn't organise a knees-up in a Salsa class
For those not fully up to speed, tranches 1-5 were repaid yesterday, tranches 6-8 have not been repaid and we are promised they are going to get paid off from a subsequent FC can-kicking refinance.
My first thought was that this was an accidental duplication of a comment put against tranches 1-5, but it isn't, they don't have any comment today. Tranches 7 & 8 don't have this comment either. Quite why Tewkesbury 6 qualifies for this baffling, contradictory and untrue comment is a mystery to me. Answers on a postcard to Quality Control, c/o The Games Room, FC Towers, London.

Hallelujah, tranches 1, 2, 4 and 5 (3 doesn't exist) should be repaid in the next day or so. Given the past track record one would expect the rest to be refinanced after the new "fairer" FC regime comes in next month. Lucky old autobiddies

Another b***s*****r feels the wrath of FC's hard as nails property team. Withdrawal of his privileges to use the FC ping-pong table and have discounted salsa classes should show him who's boss. I'm sure he's running to the post office to get a Postal Order as I type.

I don't know about Corby, the way it looks FC are heading into full scale Diane Abbott numerical flim-flam.

Well it's 8.00pm and no new comments from FC. Yet again their assurances prove to be fiction. It's no wonder borrowers believe they can ignore repayment dates and issue countless vacuous unsupported promises.

Are we all getting excited awaiting a flurry of Friday pubwatch updates and cash hitting our accounts - no me neither. In case people have not been following closely we should be expecting the following... One might also reasonably expect an update on .. Surely they couldn't really surprise us and give us an updates on B*******l that was pencilled in for next week (albeit that it should be paid now).. The excitement is palpable and the disappointment is on ice until about 6.30pm

Well somebody out there obviously still likes FC property loans and is splashing the cash tonight. I've sold over £7k this evening to the same buyer at some very tasty mark up's as you can see. A rate of 7.7% on a Cheshire 3 £2,041 B loan part seems to show someone in rather a rush to invest. I fear he might be disappointed with all that Cheshire stuff as the borrower recently paid off tranches 1 & 2 around 8 months early, presumably as they sold individual houses off.
As the saying goes bring out yer dead!
