To follow Two-months of interest arrears on the 24th March Two-months on the 24th April Two-months on the 24th May Final redemption on or before the 10th June. Anyone care to quantify the odds of all of the above happening on time? An easier one them... That the interest payment due on 24th March will be paid on time? One last one, that MT will foreclose on or before 10th June? Zero, zero and zero. What do I win?

What's on the SM? Almost everything! The only thing *not* on the SM now is the Scottish pubs!

No interest? Non-performing again?

None of the changes are applied retrospectively so there is nothing to worry about with loans already live. nothing?

All late loans are now showing as "0 days late" Hmm. Very confusing. The comments can be interpreted very differently Scenario 1: "A payment has been received and will be distributed to investors." after receiving repayment Scenario 2: Payment not yet collected, status changed to late. It seems FC may charge a fee when borrower repays arrear more than 7 days late. support.fundingcircle.com/hc/en-us/articles/214639426-What-fees-do-Funding-Circle-charge-Scenario 3: Developers release new code without performing the most basic tests, then spend Friday afternoon team building Salsa dancing and playing table-tennis.

What do you mean "actually available to add to"? There's nothing stopping you buying into non-performing but not actually defaulted loans.

The amount lent has steadily increased as I added more funds. I don't think I have ever lent less than 0.5% of my total at the time the loan was formed. Every new loan part is always 0.5% never any less. BUT my maximum exposure any one business is now 0.6% I have never made a withdrawal. Recent defaults?

Yes, you would expect the number of businesses lent to to go up over time. The maximum at the time of purchase will be 0.5% in any one borrower, but as these amortise the loan amount will drop, and your total invested will go up. Mine is currently over 500 businesses lent to.
There seems to have been a change earlier this year as you describe - it will no longer wait until you have the full 0.5% available before buying. This may explain the slowness in the SM, there are now fewer chances of there being someone with sufficient cash to buy a whole part but they can still buy off the PM at anything over £10.

My defaulted amount has gone up. The headline figure has not gone down. Nor are there any new defaults. <Scratches head> Now a default has repaid in full. Headline figure is up. Defaulted amount unchanged. It looks suspiciously like the defaulted figure is now the original default amount, like it is in the loan comments, and no deduction is made for recoveries. The amount it went up by yesterday (around 10%) seems roughly the level of all-time recoveries.

So, with less than 10% left, there's still no shortage of people putting their money into this one. However, with all the £1's and £6's it's going to take about a year to fill. Perhaps if there were a hard(-ish) deadline that might encourage those who are in it for the cashback to make sure it fills. Followed by this: I'm looking forward to the stampede to list it all on the SM the microsecond after the cashback is paid!
