On the limited information available I agree it looks good. Like everyone else will have a deeper nose through the details on Monday. Very glad to see this initiative as I have missed quite a few; can't be watching the computer all the time!

I would assume that the bid limit is per loan ie £1000 for each of the Amortising and interest only loans, but is it also the case of per account or per investor? £1000 for ISA account and £1000 for non ISA?
Have I missed the answer somewhere or is it not apparent?

It would have been good to have a brief intro of who the borrower are in the email as we were told we'd get in the future as per this post from@ablrate : p2pindependentforum.com/post/224900It will also be interesting to see how the two loans will rank against each other in the event of a default.

Amortising loan security is "Second Mortgage & Charge over property (behind interest only loan charge)"

I think the extra risk for extra return will become clear when we see the LTV.

I imagine the model will be similar to the Welsh pub. And the testing of the bid limit facility might have the side effect of helping to fill the lower rate loan.

Implementing £1000 limit for a period of 24 hours for 280k loan is an improvement. I also like the choice of higher return 'amortised' and lower 'interest only'.

Hi, I normally just lurk as a guest on here but made an account to ask the same as 'Toast'
Who are the "ProClub members?
Have they had failed fundraising elsewhere?
As much as I love beer and pubs this would have to be something special to get my Money. Too many great pubs have closed down recently.

At a guess, as it was only mentioned in the email, I would think it is a group of Ablrate investors who have been asked to preview offerings and make comments. Or alternatively it could be something totally different.
