Hummmmmmm...
Dear******
Thank you for your call today, I do apologise again for the inconvenience caused by the changes. I can also confirm that I am not able to give you an exact timeline for when we can get you the previous year tax statements, however as my manager has told me I have added you to the list of people that require tax statements for previous years. If you require the information urgently you can retrieve the gross annual interest figure using the instructions below: 1. Log in to RateSetter. 2. Click on ‘Account History’ on the lower left side of the screen. 3. In the ‘Select Period Pane’ choose ‘By date range’ and below enter the dates you require. 4. Click the blue show button. 5. On the next page scroll to the bottom and download the information as an excel file. 6. Open the file and you will be shown all of your transactions for the last tax year. 7. Finally click on the interest pane at the top and you will be shown the total sum (Gross Annual Interest Earnt) at the bottom of the excel screen towards the right. (PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS ONLY THE GROSS ANNUAL INTEREST, TAX STATEMENT WILL STILL BE ISSUED IN DUE TIME) Kind Regards, Saad Rahman

I looked to see the result of all this effort, and was surprised to see only the latest year offered Anyway, I clicked the single option offered, but the result was . . . . NOTHING! The option says View, so I expected an on-screen display. When this didn't happen I looked for a download, but without sucess :-( Can someone please let me know wh at is actually supposed to happen, and if it's still working ?? before I contact RS tomorrow.

"Your tax statement for the 2017/18 tax year is now available" But no option for the prior tax year, my first deposit was in January 2017. Not a big deal, I can add up the interest.

A 3 month "complete overhaul" has resulted in a tax statement containing an interest received figure! It's sometimes hard to believe that the major P2P players are now fully FCA regulated.

Didn't you need to download it on/after 6 April 2017 for your 2016/2017 tax return ?

I don't bother with these tax statements (apart from defaulted loans). My trusty Quicken 2000 spits out a report adding up all the interest I've manually added.

Just downloaded mine and I have
"Referral bonus received (i.e. where you referred a friend as a new investor) £0.37"
No idea what it is because I haven't referred anyone for years and when I did it was £50 or £100, not 37p.

There was a small correction paid in respect of delayed reinvestment on 1 March which shows as a bonus - could that be it?

Just looked briefly at this thread, has anyone managed to get hold of previous years tax statements, I have emailed asking for 17/18. I am amazed that this sort of information is not available.
