I have not trawled through to see if this has already been mentioned - ignore it if it has. Once a loan has been completely sold on the SM is there any reason why it should remain in Current Investments? It has, however, on a related note why is the original Crates łoan still showing both there & in the SM when its been repaid & replaced? Happened with Bottles but got fixed, looks like a further poke might be required.

The required poke is on the Dev server due for deployment in the next 48 hours.

Website now back up, and we've got a new "BIDS ON PROPOSED LOANS" figure on the Dashboard 1 It would still be better if we had a Total On Platform figure which is (?) Available funds + Active bids + Bids on proposed loans + Funds Currently Lent 2 Without trawling I don't understand what is the difference between Active bids and Bids on proposed loans 3 and actually can you do a bit more work on consistent terminology please see screenshot THREE names for the same thing on a single page

One can be withdrawn & the other cant. One is speculative, ie can be rejected, the other is firm. Perhaps Investments in Proposed Loans would be better. Which would solve the point made by shimself too

As a newbie to the site I have to agree with most of the comments above. It really isn't intuitive to use, or easy to navigate. I do like the underlying functionality (and the product), I just wish it was more transparent and easier to reach.

We will be funding a loan next month to raise £50,000 to finance the first print run.

I would expect that to fly out assuming 70% return, double instant returns and a 100% CB

I'm not in anyway on a downer about ablrate (I did stick some money in after all), but here are some examples, fresh eyes etc:- Dashboard page:- No total funds displayed, or at least I can't see it . "Active bids" and "Bids on proposed loans" - could be clearer. Next installment date - what is an installment? Current investments - shows the vanilla rate, not the AER you got if you bought in the secondary market. Secondary market:-I should be able to see any loans that I have bids or offers on from this page, and when I find a loan that I do have a bid or offer on, I should be able to amend it there, rather than having to go all the way back to Dashboard - Active Bids and Offers - Secondary Bids / Offers - Details - Amend Bid. Active Bids and Offers:-"Details" doesn't take you to the same "Details" page as you arrive at if you go via the New Loans tab. (I'm also not completely comfortable with not being able to withdraw a bid when new information becomes available - it's asymetric, if I hold off bidding and somebody asks a question that generates a positive answer I can then bid, however if somebody generates a negative answer I cannot amend or withdraw my bid. I realise that, for instance, it's the same on FC, but the number of loans and therefore size of investment is likely to be very different - effectively you incentivise lenders to wait until the last moment to invest which can't really help anybody).

That way nobody feels rushed into bidding, which I think is both good and sensible, and might save a platform from some sort of mis-selling accusation.

One quirk after the recent change is that if you submit a bid the next transaction shows a lower total in your financial account with no entry explaining where the money went. New/changed bid entries are no longer present so there isn't a full reconciliation trail any more.

I'm now receiving "New Comment on Ablrate" notification emails again (relating to the SEAB loan) which I assume is an unplanned change too.
