100k for a Daimler Hearse makes that a really special Hearse Struggling to find anything to compare online anywhere near that price range. You got a model number we can work from MoneyThing please? Also - is it a 'T' reg (c1999) or is that a private numberplate?

Am I the only one who thinks these vehicles are vastly overvalued? As has been pointed out, a hundred thou, for a hearse?!!
My rough & ready DD indicates that the "50% price" is around the current sale price?!
Just editing as by time I posted your posting was ahead of me Dude..................

Unfortunately I cannot disclose who that person was (or when), only to say that it was heavily televised at the time. Kind regards, Ed

Maybe this? www.highbeam.com/doc/1G1-101005388.htmlalso: Diana's final taxi. Footage 6 Sept 1997; 1985 Daimler (B626 MRK), owned by Leverton & Sons funeral directors . Quote ".. this hearse was the last one built by Wilcox Limousines under its own name, before Wilcox transferred the hearse production to its sister company Eagle Specialist Vehicles. At the time of the funeral, this hearse was already 12 years old. The BBC have an extensive documentary film, in which the police officer responsible for a smooth trip through the London traffic, tells how frightened he got when he saw the hearse approaching: "it was old and dented, and I worried that it might stop unexpectedly". More pictures www.myds420.info/hearses/Diana.html . When Leverton wanted to sell the hearse in 2003 (asking £100,000), public reactions appeared as if this were a sort of desecration. ... For the funeral of the Queen Mother (2002), who was a fan of the DS420, a more modern Daimler hearse was used. Most probably, the Royal Family wanted an immaculate vehicle, and a DS420 hearse in immaculate condition is very hard to find nowadays. According to Brian Smith's "Daimler Days" book (p.876) a DS420 hearse was used for the funeral of the Duke of Windsor, formerly King Edward VIII, in 1972." end quote. www.myds420.info/hearses.html .

Just checked and It cannot be Diana's hearse because its registration (B626 MRK) is still on a black 1984 Daimler according to: vehicleenquiry.service.gov.uk/Any idea who else?

Nah - that was white😢
"On 18th August 1977, after a private service inside Graceland, Elvis's body was placed in a gleaming white 1977 Miller-Meteor Landau Traditional Cadillac hearse. Then, a brilliantly shining silver Cadillac limousine led the procession, followed by sixteen white Cadillac limousines carrying the mourners to the Memphis Cemetery."

Any funeral will be after 1999 due to the number plate format
Even if it is a private plate, it must be manufactured after the indicated year and I don't think it can fit into the old suffix number plate format
