Looks like they will be honouring the first, second, third rank loan structures for the big development loans if I have read it correctly?

I've just had a Water Bill Over the last 6 Months my credit balance has gone up by the equivalent of 1/2 a months payments or 10% of my bill. Therefore slightly shocked to find that they have increased my payments by nearly 10% I've rung them and been told its "because we are increasing what we charge you", so I asked why was there no information on the increased charges on the bill, as the Council and Gas and Electricity companies have to tell you what you are paying now and what it will go up to the answer was frankly shocking " we only send this out if customers ask" So I've asked ! I have also demanded that they reduce my direct debit to what it was before and was told that I may end up in behind on my bill, so I asked how much bills were increasing and was told "it depends on the customer but only between 10-15%" They should communicate it to all their customers. Many people might not go into overdraft/debt through no fault of their own.

Mr F is having a laugh at our expense, making sure we take all the risk.

I know its a bit belated.... but stocks... as is always the case... will always pay well in the long run. Maybe, but as the saying goes, "in the long run we're all dead". In 1929 the Dow fell and took 25 years to recover. Not all of us have an investment timescale of more than 5 years. There would appear to be a lot of market turbulence ahead. If I had a reliable way to know when to buy and when to sell I'd consider stocks, but not without. If your time frame is short then cash is the only sensible holding.

What's wrong with Unbolted? The question is what’s wrong with P2P and the answer is a lot (except maybe for small investments)

The value of the equity is presumably some element of control ... thats it After being sold to us as 'enhanced security' !!! “Enhanced security” is pathetic given Mr F has lots of actual security he could have offered.

And yet people still continue to invest with these companies, like unbolted. P2P is no longer investable (for significant money).

I go online, book an appointment, ehm that's it.
When you say calling, are you still using a phone?
Yea, some GP practices don’t let you book online. A lot of people don’t mind waiting a few weeks to see their GP but do mind wasting loads of time trying to book an appointment.

Private GP is good value. Things won’t improve for at least another 5 - 10 years.

They are probably living a life of luxury in some tropical climate by now, with assets well hidden.

They only have to match the quote for new customers who buy the insurance through the same website you originally used.
