At least you seem to be next in line on this forum compilation. Good luck- the end is is sight.....?
When I rang them on Monday after the web "Processing" entry error, despite being next on our chart for 1 year, I could get nothing out of them at all.
I said time frame of weeks or months- which?
I was told informally 'somewhere between the two! ... and so it was paid out Wednesday! So hang on in there.....

My point exactly, a point that I have made repeatedly over recent weeks to RS.One could argue that in these sorts of financial investments/ financial planning situations, where investors are not party to the behind the scenes data, a company might be duty bound on request to provide some sort of credible predictive/ indicative range of timeframes, for example for possible RYIs Then, all things being equal within the company, according to their current emergency business plan, and then updated/altered accordingly as things develop or not as the case may be. That happens with pension predictive models. I need more information to have confidence into the way RS are handling matters. They are trying, but should respond to the "experienced" or sophisticated investors (their descriptions) with a bit more of a business like professional approach. I entered P2P in 2013 with my eyes well open to the risks, which I assessed and have managed accordingly. I made the decision to exit from Monthly/Rolling/ or the new products because I did not want a 1-5 year loan period but a defined one. The current situation has meant effectively I am planning in a vacuum or void i.e. little planning is possible. 'I asked RS how long I can expect to wait for my money in Access to be released 379625 17.03.20 and was told about 3 months I also asked about the queue and was ignored so I tried again.'
"I agree with every point you make. RS know exactly how much they are distributing in all the products and in my opinion should be telling us the individual amounts ie, Access this week 250K, 1 Year 2 Mill, 5 Year 2.5Mill. Or whatever the figure may be If they give us figures we can at least make a hypothetical assumption as to when we will get our funds returned. And at this point could the guy who always chips in and says "you cant work it out like that" please refrain replying to this post. Trends and a finger in the air job is the only way we can predict any return date at the moment. "

How do you know of peoples personal ( and often dire) circumstances?
You presume too much I fear.
Some people, like me for example, may seem 'cash rich' (relatively) but that's due to and through very difficult personal quality of life limiting circumstances.
In dire circumstances, we have to do the best we can and P2P has provided that relief to date.

Sorry Chris , on re reading what you posted, that certainly did not come across. Clear as mud!!
Just to say I am so grateful to have access to this forum without which, in my particular personal situation, I would be filled with anxiety and dread.
The form has helped steady the tiller when it would have been profoundly difficult for RS to do so publicly.
I am grateful too that a representative from RS has presence and does respond even via private messaging.
I am sure that this has had impact and made a positive difference for RS and us in this extreme situation.
So a heart felt thanks to mods and those that set up the tracking.
At least we now have more of a handle on the direction of travel and may be able, via the forum to influence things to benefit everyone. No one wishes P2P to go under.
For 10 years P2P has tried a new approach and to fill a much needed service gap.
Let's all hope it can weather this storm.

Whilst it is a wonderfully apt name for somebody with the perfect cover story. Common decency should dictate you all remove it from your quotes, and arguably the original post. Simply Complaints Handler is enough. This is just somebody doing their job after all. Common decency should dictate you all remove it from your quotes, and arguably the original post. Simply Complaints Handler is enough.....
My mistake and not intended to cause any breach or offence. Thanks mods, ......but if RS make mistakes I cannot be chastised for doing same....

Pantomime season.... Oh NO it isn't...!
You may get your 'quality control' via this forum, but it doesn't mean you deliver the goodies.....

Good afternoon all. Unfortunately a system error has caused a number of release requests to have been wrongly labelled as “in progress”. A fix for this labelling error is being worked on with urgency and we are very sorry that this will cause disappointment. Actual processing of requests is unaffected and we are continuing to deliver in the usual way. Today we have delivered £0.5m and we will provide the usual delivery update on our website and on the forum. Mine does NOT say “in progress”.... Is it still an error?

Yesterday I rang RS and had a mini- moan informal complaint about the understating/misleading RS statements of the timeframes. I also put this is the comment box that popped up.
You never know if the constant drip drip by those long term lenders who have given RS the benefit of the doubt.... been supportive with feedback about preserving confidence etc ...may be the message is finally getting through to those who count like RL.
