On the subject of valuation, on the cars, as well as the year & mileage (almost always given) it would be a great help if you could include the model variant&/or engine size (for us non 'petrol-heads') eg on today's Audi TT is it an S-Line, TDI, TFSI or Sport?
I know you can sometimes tell via zooming in on the photos, but not always. If this info was given I could more confidently gauge the values and ultimately increase the stake I take.

I see from Companies House that you are a director of both Bondmason Limited and Bondmason Client Limited so there is a strong element of commonality between the two companies. I suppose I could investigate the shareholding structures myself but it would be easier if you would disclose them on this forum as it can hardly be a secret. As I understand the structure, Bondmason advances investors' money to Bondmason Client Limited (BCL) which BCL uses to buy loans through other P2P platforms. In return for the advances, BCL issues receivables to investors reflecting the capital and interest payable under the underlying loans. The risk is with the investors so that if an underlying loan defaults there is no receivable and therefore no liability for BCL in respect of the non-payment. This ensures BCL remains solvent because the default is not taken onto its books as a liability. Because BCL only buys loans and issues receivables there are no other (significant?) creditors of BCL apart from ordinary administrative expenses (which I assume the Bondmason group absorbs anyway?). This protects investors as there is no real likelihood of BCL becoming insolvent and, as you say, it is not part of the Bondmason group and its assets (i.e. the loans) are not accessible to an administrator or liquidator in the event of platform failure. Have I got all of this right? I am probably driving you mad but in a way this thread might be reassuring to other potential investors.Absolutely! Been busy researching BondMason on and off all day, but thanks for doing some of the donkey-work on my behalf, ratehopper...

Waited a couple of weeks to add more funds, then spotted a little rise in the target return yesterday to 5.4%, so have managed to boost my anticipated rate of return up to 4.96%. I note this morning the target rate is back down to 5%, so it does vary quite a bit!
I now have money spread over 20 loans, (8 new loans added with this investment), so it would seem more loans are now coming on stream? However, in common with upland's earlier posts, I do have several proportionally larger loans of 7.75%, which could potentially hurt returns if one of them got in trouble. As I add more cash, this percentage should hopefully further reduce though... Vanessa, is there any possibility of putting on the website the number of loans currently being funded, or even better, a list of all their postcodes, that way it may give more confidence to add more cash if we know the likely destination of funds?

Hi, under the 'My Loans' and next to the 'Age Of Investment' column, id quite like to see another column stating how days are left on that particular loan. C I was just thinking the same Also went looking for this info this morning...hopefully will be included in the next 'upgrade'!

Agree with others here, re: Collateral - great for diversification and a really efficient, easy-to use site. The Collateral Rep does an excellent job on here too, keeping everyone informed and answering any queries. Incidentally can someone help a newbie to the forum with terminology? FF..? FFF...? (pretty sure its nothing to do with Fernando Forestieri - a regular topic for discussion on another forum I'm also a member of! ) I agree with most comments here and am more than happy to include Fernando Foriestieri in the discussion 😀 WAWAW !

Thanks for the feedback, guys.
Yeah was trying to get a gauge on it for future reference...as you say, might be worth bidding for greater quantities in future, after all can always put excess on SM, if the p/f becomes too imbalanced.

I'm new to PM and was also wondering about this one, as looks a decent deal to me.
Not sure when it was first listed, but is there a deadline and does anyone know what happens if they can't get to their targetted funding amount? Do PM make up the difference if its negligible or is the property purchase cancelled?

As a new customer of PP, was surprised to see the level of scale back (c.53%) on the Rugby property yesterday. Is this the norm, or was demand larger than normal for some reason (eg. high yield, scarcity of listings?). TIA

...yeah, just joined PP and think the beta spreadsheet's a great idea, helped me greatly to decide which properties to target for my portfolio. Hope it becomes a permanent feature.

...and despite the cut in rates, the £2K I placed with Zopa (Access) a week ago still looks a million miles away from being matched...
