This thread is becoming even more surreal than the truly amazing and meandering Paisley ...

Definitely a seller's market at the moment so a good opportunity to release some cash for the next new loan which people are expecting to be imminently available.

Slowly becoming another candidate for the Panic of the Day. The remarkable voracity of the SM is making that very difficult though ... as you can now see !

More paranoid delusions ... it seems the SM has not yet fully recovered it's previous state of euphoria

Still some SM left to make some hay from the Panic of the Day. Thanks fogey but I might just invest in defensive items like bitcoin and stamps or Iraqi bonds. Well that's shifted another 15k only 6k left now !
Edit: all gone now don't know what all the fuss was about ?

It may be possible, if the local education establishment using the rooms is a "true" university, that students will not be arriving until late September or early October. At worst case scenario students could be moved in for January so no need to wait until next year. Still adds costs to developer if delayed till January but not, maybe, as bleak as is being painted. Still some SM left to make some hay from the Panic of the Day.

Hooray, the SM has returned to its former glory days! A déjà vu is usually a glitch in space-time. It happens when something has changed. Not sure exactly where we are in this endless moebius loop at the moment.

All aboard, the train is about to leave the station Will the next station be very close to all the other recent high value loans ? Near the top of the SM sales listing, where it will remain for many months enjoying a most unedifying role of blocking everyone else from selling, whilst the very wealthy seller(s) slowly recover their capital before the end date ?

Perhaps that is what those two huge whales, lurking just below the yellow flotsam, are really waiting for ... They certainly don't seem to have much direction in their lives at the moment
As long as those whales aren't hungry... not that I'm tasty... all skin and bones... I think they have an insatiable hunger for lots of money, only place I see that coming from in the near future is A & E
I see a few people have recently lobbed a few k at the yellow flotsam, so it is likely it might even make it to the imminent drawdown and the Sunday doldrums may even become history

There's a fair chunk of MTAI576-9 on the SM right now. I don't recall seeing much up for sale before today. Any particular reason behind this that I might be missing? The market is sorely afflicted by a widespread malaise, characterised by intense hysteria and paranoia, resulting in waves of senseless selling from which nothing is immune ...
The recently added update information has added to this, in particular the Mersey storage appears to be suffering a major panic attack at the moment ...
There is little logic within this current bedlam so it is rather pointless trying to find any reasons ...
My response is to sell nothing and buy the most attractive loans as and when they appear ... you may even be lucky and find some CSP and wine if they surface again.

Well nearly a week after the launch, the funding seems to be reduced to a trickle, relying on the poundlanders, thereby showing signs of exponential decay and potential bollyfication ... Meanwhile I have been spending my time and money fishing within the green sea below and also prospecting on other shores.
I bet there won't be much left once the AE loans pay back... Perhaps that is what those two huge whales, lurking just below the yellow flotsam, are really waiting for ... They certainly don't seem to have much direction in their lives at the moment

Money is pouring in to it (none of it mine) so if you want some better be quick. Whilst those with a growing nervous disposition engendered by the falling sense of euphoria within MT and who see any slight problem as a reason to sell, others see this as an opportunity to diversify into a rarely available loan. So the updates are a gift to either disposition here.

I don't sense the same level of euphoria here as I saw just before the launch of the Lancs Park a few months ago ... Neither do I see the magical prefix which persuades many to buy with some confidence without looking too far into the details ... So even though this loan is offering 13% does it stand any chance of selling out within 30 hours as Lancs did ? I also sense the general level of euphoria that I first encountered on MT earlier this year has also diminished. The Bolton saga seemed to mark the start of this disaffection with many investors feeling that they had been abandoned in some way, but now the game of musical chairs appears to becoming very widespread and therefore more acceptable. Interestingly the SM sales of Lancs has picked up noticeably today with over 7k already sold, perhaps as it is seen as the safer bet at the moment.

I've added a little to tranche B but I'm crazy. There seems to be a steady trickle of crazy money going into 537 today ... Even more of a crazy trickle on Friday !
