Sufficient deal flow for my appetite, but Archover is not one of my largest platforms. Currently 2 secured and insured two year deals both at 7%. Platform minimum investment is still £1,000. I have a largish 5-figure sum coming off term deposit shortly. I'm indecisive - should I roll it over for another year at 1.5% interest with FSCS protection, or place it with Archover at 7% "secured and insured"?

IMO RS rates are well below the Risk/Reward ratio for investment..... £30m of free cash waiting to matched today - less than £5m of demand - means rates are only going down again. I'm still removing all maturing contracts.
Similarly my money is going into RDL (at an all time low today due to Invesco selling a small amount of their stake) and yielding over 12% and today is last day to catch the dividend paying in July which gives you a return of over 3% if you hold for a day!
For platforms I'm going into Archover - 12 months at 7% with insurance to protect you, or 24 months at 8.5%, security but no insurance.
What is RDL please?

One likes to get positive vibes of professionalism from a company's website. I'm not too sure about -
We underwrite our deals with a view that the loan to value (LTV) is at a level which ensures that there is sufficient has enough equity in the structure security to cover the loan amount together with any accrued interest and fees plus interest plus any fees that relate to collection of the loan.
Nor -
Your investment is secured by a registered which is one very charge over UK property (like a short-term mortgage) It is this security that is the most important consideration when lending money.

I was waiting to see the new investment this week to see how (/if) I'd split some of my remaining allowance between the cars and the new one. Today was my last day for the 100 club - perhaps they are just holding back on releasing the new loan to encourage more investment in the cars? I don't know but a) it's not working if so, as the needle has been stuck at £34.7k for nearly a week now and b) we could stop speculating if they didn't drop off the radar entirely this week. huddlecapital can you not give us a vague steer, even if to say 'nothing on the horizon any longer' so that investors can make an informed decision as they approach the end of their huddle 100 eligibility? Hear Hear !!

I am reading the forum in Chrome browser on my Android smartphone.
I select "Recent" from the Navigation drop-down menu.
Why do the posts not show the name of the Board to which each was posted?
The Board names do appear when using Chrome on my Android tablet, and the address shown in the browser is the same on both devices.

Any news on this one? I've still got a bit of headroom on both my investment bonus cap and days remaining Ditto huddlecapital . Btw, appreciate you may not have seen stardust's comment yesterday, but you did say you'd give as an update early this week. It's a small grumble I know, but as with many walks of life you'd be surprised how often people are influenced by companies simply doing/not doing what they say they're going to do. It certainly would be nice to know, as my bonus days are running out too, and I'm not into used car yards ...

Do any forum members more experienced than I have a view on the current "Lender vote"?

Having recently withdrawn from a property purchase in Europe, I have a significant sum which I wish to invest in euros.
I am fairly risk averse.
Which proven euro P2P sites offer the most "conservative" investments with sound security?

Just had a quick look and it's not for me. Minimum investment per loan is £5k - way over my pay grade. [two years later] Does anyone have any experience of this site which they could share?
