Hmmm... my "Available Funds" are now over 60% lower than they were before they took the website down! "Held Pending Issue: loan 8010286828" so that's the 1st Charge Barnoldswick loan. Where do you see this information? EDIT: Found it.

The Barnoldswick loan is showing as being fully repaid (without interest) in my investment history. However, the money is not in my available funds or current investments. I realise the issue needs resolving and ASAP please, but I would have thought that this loan would have been put back into the current investments section. Realistically, does anyone know how long will it take to sort this issue out?

Has anyone received anything from HCP 177 or 178? I haven't received anything on either of them.

Hi Mousey
Sorry, I have tried to take a bit of a back seat on this (despite having a very large amount invested lost in this loan). What are the particulars of this court hearing? Who is suing whom (in layman's speak)?

Hi everyone. I had to do another set of AML checks for my company account. Having already done these checks I was a bit miffed to say the least but knowing that I had to do them I got on with it. I sent the required documents as soon as I could. I ultimately received my 16% on 4th June and I withdrew straight away. I hope you all get your money (pittance) very soon. Good luck guys.

Excuse my ignorance of the law but given her track history etc, is there not a case of this person being a vexatious litigant and if so is there any recourse to that? Also, if my memory serves me correctly, as she wasn't the borrower wasn't she unable to file anything legally? Please correct my misunderstandings and legal naivety.

I've just had some money paid back on this loan. It amounts to about 2%. Does anyone have any more information about this?

In other news, apparent progress listed as under offer on one property site and exchanged on the site attached to the receivers company Well spotted! The price seems to have gone back to £4.75M and it is listed as exchanged on the A*****s website. I know it is well below what the loan value is, but this is good (and unexpected) news,....if true. I wonder what MuchoP2P was looking at? Any news MuchoP2P? The suspense is killing me man! Although it does state exchanged on the auction site it also says 'offers in excess of £4.75M'. I put the question 'is this property sold?' directly to the auctioneers and they just directed me to the website details. A simple yes or no would have sufficed.

I requested a withdrawal on 12/12/19. Nothing as yet. The site states one to two days. Pathetic!

You should be able to check your bank account by going to Account, Bank details ... it will display the linked account even if you havent got any cash on account It does only show the last four numbers of the account. but in truth that should be enough. I know this because I withdrew my balance last night, and read on here this morning that some accounts were wrong and felt a sudden urge to go and check. I've just done the same. Phew! all correct.

Do we know of anyone receiving an email to say that they have now passed the AML checks, after initialling being requested to provide more information?

I've had the email to say my AML checks are clear and the one to say the initial distribution of funds for a list of DFL's is today and I have lent to them all. But no cash showing in my account as yet. Anyone have cash showing in their account? Did you have to send any documents off or were you clear from the start?

So, so far as far as the poll goes, nobody who has a company account has passed muster at the moment. It doesn't help when an account held by a limited company is tasked for the same identification documents as an individual, with seemingly no appreciation that a limited company is a legal entity, does not have a passport, and likely has bank account statements with only the trading address rather than the registered office address on them.
I have requested clarification after having to initiate contact having received no emails from Lendy/RSM since Lendy entered administration. I asked them to confirm if the account I manage has an email address registered to it. (I had previously emailed them twice, from the account's email address, stating that we are not receiving their investor emails but they just replied with irrelevant generic text.)
One of the instructions was: If you hold an account in the name of a business, partnership or limited company, please ensure the documents provided match your business address and companies house.
Which, I guess, should read: If you manage an account held by a business, partnership or limited company, please ensure the documents provided match the registered office address at Companies House.
But as the documents requested cannot exist, who knows?
I await clarification.
Hi. I emailed them and they said that they would accept a letter on headed paper from my accountant stating the reasons for the difference in addresses. In my case the company bank account address is my home address and the registered address of the company is the accountant's address. I hope that helps.

I've now sent off my certified documents. Let's see if I pass the next step and how long it will be before I receive notification one way or the other. I will keep you posted.
