Yes I noticed that. I can't get my figures to reconcile at all at the moment. Hopefully tomorrow it will have been sorted.

Is there any way of adding a specific premium to autosale? Just enough to cover the selling fees or even make a small profit.

All sorted now. Some of you may find your accounts have changed too (if you suffered from the same issue I had).

An update on the situation.
I contacted RBS and they have looked into my dashboard figures. There was a bug affecting certain transactions that has since been fixed. Unfortunately this has lead to my dashboard being calculated incorrectly. They are in the process of correcting it through the web development team.
Cheers

It's a terrible survey. If my memory serves me correctly, the site is accessed from whichever email link you decide to access it from. The questions then pertain to that P2P site. Questions are asked about other P2P sites but not in sufficient detail to be meaningful. For example: How much have you invested on this P2P site? (range) Have you invested on any other P2P site? But the question of how much you have invested on other P2P sites is missing. Therefore, it may seem that you have invested £1000 (on this site) when perhaps you have invested £1M in total on all sites. Obviously figures made up, but you get my point. Shame - I would have thought better from a University department from Cambridge.

Hi
The difference between both sides of the equation is £33.58 using today's figures. I've tried emailing RBS for an explanation but to no avail sadly.

I have today received confirmation of my email to the legal team and my desire for RBS to pursue the debt. I feel a bit more reassured now.
Fingers crossed.

They're also FC 874 with was downgraded NRB 15/7 due to CCJ being registered against the company. gaspilot - can you confirm that I'm reading your post correctly ... that you are being asked to opt in to recovery action on the loan ?? It would be useful if you could keep us updated how this pans out. I know I'm not alone in avoiding ReBS due to concerns over how the platform would handle defaults. Here's an excerpt from the email I received: "As a lender on the loan you have the option to either pursue your debt individually or alternatively you can assign your debt to us to pursue on your behalf. If you do not want to pursue the debt of your own accord, please inform us of this by the 8th August 2014 by emailing legal@rebuildingsociety.com." So yes, I guess I am being asked to opt in to recovery action on the loan.

Hi
The issue of whether it is a plus or minus really depends on whether you have gains or losses. In my case losses hence the negative sign I used. Although I understand you're implication of adding a negative. The issue is really that the figures are way off. No correlation whatsoever with the micro loan gains and losses figures.
Cheers

Hi
Can anybody offer some advice. I'm trying to understand the calculations on the dashboard but I'm failing. I am able to understand most of it by using a fudge factor - that doesn't sit well with me. More specifically, I can't see where the figure for the Micro Loans Gains/Losses come from. I would have thought that the calculation below would be correct: (Credited amount +Interest Earnings + Promotional Credits - Fees - Bad Debts - Micro Loan Losses) = (Available Funds + Bids + Investments) However mine doesn't at all.
Any advice would be welcome. I have emailed RBS three times and received no answer.
Thanks

Hi
I've been affected by a default on the site and have been asked to email the legal team if I do not wish to pursue the claim myself. I have done as requested but I have not received an acknowledgement email back. The deadline is very close and it's rather disconcerting that I have not received a reply. Anybody else had the same or similar?
Thanks
