An email to customer services elicited no response so flagging this up here. I placed a secondary market bid which was partly taken up. When the bid expired I received an email saying that the funds had been returned so my account, however they have not. Thus my account remains short by the remainder of that secondary bid, which hardly inspires confidence in the new platform.

I'd like to see lender voting continued but for each user to have the option of giving their vote to AC by proxy either on a vote by vote basis, or for all future votes.

Hi ablrateandy, surely the fact that I was able to create the new bid after deleting the original bid demonstrates that I had sufficient funds to amend the original bid Hello! Not necessarily.... you said that you had adjusted the price by a few pence. If you had improved the bid by a few pence then it would have increased the amount required to place the bid. (Also if someone changes the length that the bid is up for then it increases the amount required to place the bid). My last attempt to explain the bug. If you don't have sufficient funds to create a brand new bid the website will not let you amend an existing bid even to make it substantially cheaper. I'll wager the same code is executed to check for sufficient funds when amending a bid as when creating a new bid, and clearly this would be wrong

Made a bid on the SM, tried to amend the price by a few pence and was erroneously informed: "You do not have sufficient funds to submit this bid.". Instead I had to cancel the original bid and create a new one. I would also like to see the effective yield on my bid before submitting it. Hi phlitb I suspect that you didn't have enough to cover potential accrued interest. The amount needed comes up in the popup? Hi ablrateandy, surely the fact that I was able to create the new bid after deleting the original bid demonstrates that I had sufficient funds to amend the original bid

Worryingly, under my profile my phone number is listed as an 0031 .. (Netherlands) number. WHICH AIN'T RIGHT! Similarly the phone number in my profile was somebody else's. I corrected it immediately

who in their right mind would bid manually on it in the current CB climate? Note to self, don't bid on property loans whilst being distracted

Already bagged an A+/48 at 11.6 today, so some C-/60 at 14.9 would make it a very good start to the week 12939 A+: how did you happen to choose this one? Or do you use the blunderbuss approach? Just the blunderbuss approach I'm afraid. I'm happy to throw bids at anything where I judge I can more than likely sell them at +3 within a month. I generally don't look into a loan in detail until the rate comes down or it closes and I then consider whether I want to keep some for my loan book.

I've seen this several times, not just a display issue since I've accidentally sold parts too cheaply since I didn't notice that Faltering Calculations had added some random number to the sale price which then distorts what you're led to believe is the buyer rate

My sales were also 11429 and 11411, so does look like they were manual

Having only sold one property part this month until today, selling 2 in such a short space of time seemed too unlikely to be down to chance or manual bidders. But it does appear I just got lucky, sorry for falsely raising hopes

Have they turned the tap back on? I've sold 2(!) property parts at par already today

Time to vote on this one. Accept the derisory IVA offer of 16p per £1 and allow the guy to live happily ever after in his £900K house as if nothing untoward has happened. Or push for bankruptcy albeit with a risk of a slightly lower return. Tricky one...

Meanwhile new property loan 11267 has today suddenly acquired a 1% cash back Thanks for the heads up on this, I would otherwise have missed it
