I trust there is a silent majority here that do actually understand the point ilmoro is making concerning this case

Having invested a considerable amount with AC at one point, I have since become non UK resident, so I can no longer rely on any UK tax advice nuances to self-declare any write-offs. I need the platform to clearly show (for the benefit of my non-UK accountant) the loans which have been de facto written off and are now worthless. I will continue to wind down my investments with AC until only defaulted loans remain unless and until this is addressed.

Sometime between about 6pm yesterday (5Dec) and 2:30 am today (6Dec) the "currently invested" balance of my MLIA reduced by over 1% (everything is in the MLIA so the "total investment" say a similar drop). There were no transactions recorded on the account, and there is nowhere the money could have gone, so it looks like an accounting error. Anyone else see the same? Maybe one loan has just completely dropped out of the AC database? Same for me. It looks like #281 has accidentally been marked as repaid, so I guess this would account for it

My dashboard totals sum up correctly now at least to within an accuracy of < 1p according to a very rough check, and that's good enough for me

Would have been good news but for the fact that according to my statement I apparently inexplicably lent this business another £22.35 today leaving me with negative available funds. ReBS continues to find innovative ways to further undermine investor confidence

I've recommended AC (specifically the provision fund protected accounts) to P2P newbies and would continue to do so.

An average return of -52% but a notional profit from promotional credits. Wow, you must have referred a lot of enemies. All's fair in love, war and finance but even I would baulk at referring anyone to ReBS! I've just checked again and even with my magnificent £4 of promotional credits from bidding I am actually slightly in the red overall, and presumably the dashboard blows a gasket with negative returns. If it's showing as -52% now then it will be amusing to see if it will hit -100% or even -1000% before my account is closed.

Having already seen warning signs I began my exit from ReBS as soon as the problems with the watch retailer came to light. Currently I am only in notional profit on this platform thanks to some transaction gains and promotional credits. With 8 unsellable dogs remaining in my portfolio there is little chance I'll emerge from the experience anywhere near breakeven.
My dashboard annual average return is showing -52.0% !

phlitb Could you tell me what browser and operating system you are using please? This is the first time we have been made aware of this issue so we would like to try and replicate it and fix it. Guessing it's a browser specific issue. parag - using Windows 10 / Edge despite logging out and logging back in I couldn't see the new loans. I didn't attempt to clear the cache but just switched to Firefox to get the job done

jonno . That is very strange. I've checked with the others and they can all see them. I've asked IT and they suggested clearing your cache, you should be able to see them then. I thought logging out alone would work but it obviously hasn't. parag, I had the same problem. I switched to a different browser to be able to see the loans and place bids

Where did those spring from? Supposedly drew down a few months ago, but unless I'm getting forgetful as I get older, I'd swear I've not seen them on the list before today...? Don't remember ever seeing these before either. I guess they're not intended for the likes of us, my hastily created buy targets are being ignored

Looked at a few of the loans like oldgrumpy above, there are a few with the same pattern DATE INVESTOR AMOUNT 10/01/2016 s**********m £1,000.00 08/01/2016 s**********m £230.00 08/01/2016 s**********m £300.00 08/01/2016 s**********m £3,000.00 08/01/2016 s**********m £300.00 If it's the same investor then they seem to have some money spend. Time for my cuppa. A cute coincidence that the busy bot named s**********m would fit with a user name of savingstream

Just wondered if you managed to activate your withdrawal. If so, did you receive an email confirmation? I 'withdrew' a relatively small amount on Wednesday (Jan 6). The amount was deducted from my RBS balance but to date no money credited to my bank account and no email confirmation. I have contacted RBS and am awaiting an answer. I had this too on my first withdrawal. I received the following useful advice from their "Investor Relations Coordinator": " Unfortunately we don’t appear to have any bank account details on file to action the transfer to so I was hoping you could update this information – if you could log onto the platform and select ‘Settings’ from the ‘Dashboard’ drop down menu (towards the top right corner of the screen) here you should see a tab for ‘Bank Details’ where you can enter your sort code and account number. There is also a data field for your password, the system requires this to confirm the changes.
Please note, once you have entered your information, the fields will become read only – this means any future changes or updates will need to be made via the ReBS office, either by phone or using the email address support@rebuildingsociety.com.
