I was wondering if anyone with a Fondling Cankle account and moved from the UK to Euroland could relate their experience? Their T&Cs state that investors must be UK resident, but in practice can the account be kept open and active or must it really be closed? And if it's to be closed how could that be enacted, I don't see how anyone nursing defaults or RBRs could close their account even if they wanted to.

A little googling turns up this: <<MOD: BB: DELETED>> The company's status is listed as "Dissolved" and it had one director directors at the time it closed. Its founding director was Mr M***** S****. <<MOD: BB: DELETED>> does not have any subsidiaries.
I'd like to know a bit more about the circumstances of this before I would consider investing... Umm ... are you seeing a dissolved company with a very similar name to the current one but words in a different order? Same director. Yep, that's the one

Strange, it does show every sign of being closed except it doesn't say "Ended" in my watchlist. Fingers crossed it has really closed...

Had to change my vote as I've just this morning "sold" a loan part which still remains in my account. These are not remotely uncommon events, and especially likely to occur when the website is under pressure

My account is currently exactly correct, but it's only been a week or so since I wrote to FC and got them to reconcile it properly. In the year prior to that it was never correct, varying between £60 in FC's favour and over £100 in my favour.

I guess someone has to point out that the site visit note gets off to a false start with "Loan of £100,000 was drawn during summer 2015"

Splendid stuff. Attached is my first effort (works on FF too), this will keep me amused for days or at least until FC rates get back to being remotely worthy of investment Attachments:

My account value has dropped by £3.21 which corresponds to an MLIA purchase for the same amount for #38 Ac*** made in the early hours of this morning

I too had an unexpected and undesired transfer from my MLIA to my cash account. But I imagine I will survive the trauma of 5p of my money temporarily being in the wrong place

Something definitely seems awry with this loan. This evening the overall value of my MLIA dropped by £18.41. Which corresponds exactly to the amount of Falmouth it purchased at 19:33. Please can you check, chris

Same for me, FC has been slow all morning but now appears to have ground to a complete halt

I'm always amazed at the stick AC attracts when by any objective assessment the FC website is a complete shambles. But admittedly there's brass to be made if you're prepared to wallow in the muck

I had been very happy with the new MLIA, and have increased my investment with AC now that it is so much easier to purchase parts. However last night I found that the MLIA had taken upon itself to sell off a big chunk of my Slough holding (excerpt shown in picture) for no reason at all that I can fathom, leaving my holding way below my target setting. I very much hope chris can explain this behaviour before I commit further funds to the platform.

I also received the cashback offer and have also been withdrawing funds on a regular basis. So perhaps the offer is selective
