How did someone manage to invest £6,321 in the second tranche despite the bid restriction?

Slow for me too. Feel like it will only get worse leading up to and on release of the new loan. Not sure whether to risk depositing the bid limit to then get nothing.

Time remaining has been updated from a negative value to 3 days left. PBL55 has also changed. Is that the extent of the rumoured extension...??

The only one of mine was a coffee company which paid back their loan in July.

Until they lower their minimum investment amount and open up the secondary market I'm holding off on investing any more. Communication is tremendous and any issues sorted promptly. The deals they write look to be excellent so I would highly recommend them for anyone with a lot of spare cash to invest and they seem to be wanting more investment as they are offering £250 for a referral.

Seems like too much of the building is erect at the minute. Not as floppy as I expected it to be after nearly five months

Drove past this site today to see if there have been any changes to it. The gate to the front was locked so no direct access but viewing from the road there doesn't appear to be any major work ongoing. Comparing what I saw today to the pictures in the appendix in the valuation document, the rubble at the back (page 25) looks to be as it was then and no demolition work seems to have occurred yet. The vegetation to the front and side is a lot more overgrown and no machinery appears to be on site.
Not sure if this information is useful to anyone but I work in the area so will continue to monitor it and update accordingly.

I seem to remember a few months ago an update that indicated 55 and 57 were the same borrower. Looking at the first page of this thread (update on 4/3/16) implies it: 55 - "Should be repaid within a month or so. There is a fund buying the customers Scottish land which will release this land"

This has just happened to me. PBL057 shows as fully sold but it states only 99.4% sold in my "selling loanparts". I'm sure, like the others, it will be corrected but not sure if SS need to look into why it keeps happening.

I also don't think paying interest for parts on the SM is a good idea with the current setup. Would far rather it went to the provision fund than allow people to take unfair advantage of INPL. I completely agree with this. Add my vote to keep the system as it is.

As a new investor, I've been very impressed by everything so far. So you can count me in - I would be more than happy to invest more in these loans with a cash back offer.

After reading so many great things about MT (mostly on this forum) I have just registered and noticed I'm investor number 1111. Great growth in just over a year and I hope to be an investor for many years to come!!

I am totally against such proposal. If, let us say, I want £500 of loan 42 and this is not available on the market, and this is queued, I will need to have £500 waiting just in case loan 42 comes up for sale. Otherwise I will have no guarantee that I can pay for it when it comes along. As things stand, If I see anything I want and I can pay for it I will buy it, otherwise I pass. The system that is being proposed is similar to the one available on ABL and as soon as you make an bid, your money is deducted from your balance. Will this increase cash drag. I believe it does. The system of INPL would still be valid, giving you 48 hours to adjust any negative balance. So, in your example, you wouldn't need £500 available in your account to invest immediately.
