29th March 2019 is a date that sticks in my mind, for some reason ... Freedom from an undemocratic dictatorship! Except that Parliament has just voted to instill one of those when we leave the EU. Good to know that we are back to a Henry VIII system of governance.

.... aaaaanyhoo .... I'm thinking that the switch might concentrate the minds of the FC loan team? They now have a rate to investors to maintain, and can't blame anyone but themselves if it is not met.

Freedom from an undemocratic dictatorship! If you say so. Juncker’s grand vision for a federalist Europe said it before I did.

Juncker’s grand vision for a federalist Europe said it before I did. I'm not interested in a Brexit derail. It is a source of uncertainty in the market. Whether one thinks it a worthwhile uncertainty isn't a relevant issue here.

At last freedom! To be frank I never really got over Crappy Scrappy, a bunch of dodgy solicitors and a load more dubious loans that should never have seen the light of day had FC ever had really understood what due diligence is. However my experience with FC since the very early days has both been educational and to some extent entertaining. Overall I never lost any money and somehow taking into account all factors such as costs and failures I still turned in an annual return of around 8% which is one hell of a lot more than I would have got in the building society but not as much as I have averaged elsewhere.

Juncker’s grand vision for a federalist Europe said it before I did. i was very much pro remain but if there was a vote today i would vote for brexit - seen enough in the last few months (particularly the last week) to think we are well shot of the clowns that now run the USE EU - our politicians may not be making such a good fist of things, but at least they were elected

'bot activity seems to have dried up on new loans. They are still getting funded reasonably quickly though. Maybe by Autobid, though certainly not on my behalf! I tried dripping in a bit more just to see what would happen. Nuthin'! (I am above thresholds, so would expect something).

at 17h today I have 9 loan parts not being offered at 3%, basically I've sold what I wanted to and almost all of it above par, the remainder I'm happy to keep as a small, high risk portfolio (Estimated fully diversified return (after fees and bad debts): 11.0%) <-- FC figures, includes about 1/4 cash not yet banked
The proceeds of the bit I wasn't prepared to trust to auto-foolishness should be in my bank a/c sometime early next week and the rest I'll check up on once a month.
I think I'm done with p2x for now, I might be taking a guess about what'll happen with interest rates next.

No, likewise. I stuck an extra £500 in just as an experiment, and it just sat there unused, though zero-premium parts were popping up with reasonable regularity and disappearing in an instant. Not regular enough to fully satisfy Autobid's demand, I'm guessing. Meantime, 323 pages (@50-a-page) of hopeful 0.1-0.5% premium parts. [eta ... or maybe Autobid's been given the day off. Busy day Monday!]
