Can I ask how people are seeing their 'blended annual rate' mentioned a few times earlier in this thread. It's not a heading I see in my dashboard. It's quoted by CR in a monthly email titled "The latest update on your CapitalRise investments". Ah thanks. That'll be the monthly email I don't get. I'll have to fix that. (Edit: I won't.)

A minor gripe: why aren't lender wallets credited on the day of redemption? A very happy bunny here otherwise.

Agree with Ace that CapitalRise have performed well. I salute everyone at CapitalRise! Along with the also-brilliant SoMo, they are a very rare beast among UK lending platforms. CapitalRise are impressively able to get most borrowers to pay back on or around the time redemptions are due. Other platforms are rank amateurs by comparison: they lend your money out, the majority of their projects go awry and they often do not pay back. |

Regarding your query on the redemption timings, it typically takes 24 hours to process funds, carry out checks and associated administration. It can sometimes take longer (if redemption happens late in the day or on a Friday for example).
